  1. Hey guys,

just wondering if paying the extra coin for coilovers are the go versus lowered springs in regards to ride quality. Im only talking about daily street driving, no track work etc cos it is damn confusing as there are so many mixed reviews. I myself have HKS Hipermax coils installed so im not looking to buy, but im curious as hell as a few mates of mine are wondering what route to take. Keen on opinions please :D

  2. Anyone know of any good MMA type training routines/programs?

After something which has a good mix of weights and cardio, but am too lazy to tailor my own. Have downloaded "The Pit" DVDs featuring Chuck Lidells trainer but they are a bunch of crepa. May as well have downloaded Taebo cos its just as bad!

  3. Dont waste your money on a kakimato they weld a restrictor in them. I bought one and regreted the 1300 I spent allthough I ended up cutting the restrictor out but was a flamin mongrel of a job. The only reason its quiet is because of the restrictor in it.

Really? That's damn disappointing especially as you always read that they along with Fujitsubo are the leading companies of exhaust systems etc tsk tsk shame on them.

  4. Why did they skimp on the car engine sounds etc?

Maybe its just me, but Hot Pursuit sounds a heck of alot more accurate ie the whailing of the Gallardo. Yes this game is about the accurate physics and handling of a car, but im all about the little things too.

  5. Why the heck did you use Edward Lees?!

You're a member on this forum dude, why not use the experience and reliabilities of Iron Chef, J-Spec, Nagoya etc? Im not slandering anyone but quick googles will bring up some nice info regarding these guys and some practices they may/may not be involved in :whistling:

**My apologies, you only joined yesterday so would not have been aware**

  6. I actually don't mind the TTS, they're a nice AWD turbo option for those that don't want a massive coupe :)

The B7 S4 is a good buy, don't see many for sale though....the RS4 is still commanding stupid prices on carsales, the B8 S4 or the S5 work out to be much better value for money.....the S5 is my pick of the bunch :D

    S5 is a no go,

my boss has one so it would be a lil "funny" them having the same car. Good suggestions though, but as for 135i HELL NO they are disguisting!

  7. He has decided to go the 370Z.

At under $65k drive away, 3.7% finance it ended up being a total no brainer. We also had a look at the AMG SLK-350, but agreed it looked a little too my ex wife screwed me good and proper and look what she bought!

Unrelated matter, how INSANE is an Audi RS4...one blew past me this morning, didnt know whether to shiezer or go blind.

  8. I test drove the Audi TT-RS before I bought the GTR and was not super impressed with it. Lovely interior...and much improved exterior with all the add on bits...but I still felt it looked too much like the original TT (esp from the rear) which IMO is a very bad thing. Even the cooler RS model still looked faggy. I think its overpriced for what it is and so I imagine the same situation with the lower level TT-S.

I think the 370Z or BMW would be a better pick. Also the 370 and BMW will not make you look like a fag, unlike the audi TT-S.

    Great opinion,

think il have to let him have a read of this given you were in the same situation if not greater. I actually wasnt impressed with the quality/finish of the interior given it was an Audi, looked and felt rather cheap for what it claims to be.
