just thought it's worth a mention... a while back the state club exec's had mod access and a few flogs abused the privilege and acted like a bunch of mad82's, so Christian put down a flat ban on it. Ash is not the one that makes this call, so lets not be pulling his name into it. was it the right choice? no... but that's how it is unfortunately. At the end of the day it's christian's ship and he's gonna sail it how he wants. I couldn't even get mod access when i started as president... which is just fkn ridiculous as you get pm's from everybody wanting shit moderated when they know you are prez. (i feel sorry for richo)

It's desperate people that have been declined by real banks mostly. people pay credit with credit and will do anything to get debt collectors off their backs. whilst major lenders are strictly bound by the nccp and will not engage in this type of lending, these small non bank entities somehow manage to fly under the radar. as do many 3rd party collection agencies a couple of weeks ago i had a customer that had refinanced his homeloan with some small shitty company @ 11.5% ffs
