  1. I thought the AVC-R had been sold already? If it hasn't my earlier offer still stands if you're interested?
  2. what does no wiring harness mean exactly? does that mean it does not have the necessary wires to wire it up? Cheers
  3. yea it is a bit of a pain but they've got to send the measurements away to the UNI Filter manufacturer interstate, get them to cut it to the specifications and then send it back, etc etc But hey, for $35 and its washable (unlike genuine HKS replacement), I ain't complaining!
  4. cheers Richo, but not my car anymore...sadly. Imported it as is from Japan about 2 years ago, had it here for a week not even complianced yet and someone else saw it in the workshop and made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so to speak, lol. Last I heard it got sold interstate, but yea it was sweet looking! At the moment I've got a TT Soarer, doesn't handle like a Line but plenty of balls and you can't beat the luxury!!
  5. I almost forgot, if you're not happy with that option I found out after that JMS stocks em, they're about $70. Just check out the website.
  6. hey richo, had exactly the same problem man. Went down to Autosport on Magil road, they don't stock HKS, but what they did do was measure my orginal filter and then had an exact replacement made out of the UNIfilter element. Pulls just as hard as before, if not better, and best of all is completely washable and reusable, unlike HKS. Gets better though, price...$35! PM me for details and I'll put you on to the guy I dealt with, he's really good!
  7. trust me, do not accept the first price he gives you, he will go cheaper if you hold out!
  8. i think generally colour change you can get away with about 3k, but that's not including the door jambs or engine bay. Shop around, I hear REM Motorbody on Glyndeburn road does some pretty good work for reasonable prices, just remember to haggle!
  9. price wise I would suggest anywhere between 2 - 3k would probably get you a nice respray. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, so don't skimp on quality just to save a few bucks cos you will regret it after, just my 2c. Having said that, I've heard good things about Paul from Provident Crash Repairs on Provident St, just off glynburn road.
  10. hey, not sure about the Vertex kit (didn't think they made one for R33??) but if you are after a kit in Adelaide, try Simon from Adelaide Road Rage on Unley Road or Viva Garage, they've got pretty wide selections plus they fit and spray.
  11. Count me in, TT Soarer + I've got a plenty of othe mates with imports (S15, R33, Cefiro, etc.) who I'm sure would be keen.
  12. Hey guys and girls, I know its not a Line, but thinking about selling my '92 model modified TT Soarer. Located in Adelaide, 18 inch BSA shadow chrome 5-spoke rims (excellent condition, not a scratch and 90% tread), lowered on King springs, custom twin-system cat-back exhaust with cannon mufflers, custom FMIC, HKS Pod Filter with custom s/s intake pipe, UAS Front Strut Brace, UAS super white/blue headlights, Pioneer MP3 stereo with JBL aftermarket speakers, boost guage, new NGK spark plugs gapped to 8mm, 2-Point Immobiliser with in-built turbo timer. Interior is immaculate, exterior is in good condition with some minor scratches here and there. Can have the more major stuff fixed if necessary. Just over 115k, done the major service, first Australian owner, this car is fantastic, no problems at all, only selling to fund overseas trip, Very reluctant sale. Looking for around $17,500 ono with rims, 15,500 ono with standard wheels and new tyres. Email me with any questions or offers at [email protected] cheers, Tom
