oh - do you mean if you set the boost past 14psi on your controller, the turbo wont boost any harder? If so, wastegate problem like JimX said?

I think I have a fuel supply problem, bad pump, regulator or injector(s)

Mate - last nite I boosted my 33 to 0.82bar and it pinged @ 3000rpm/0.82bar. Its at 0.76bar now and is ok.... I have stock everything except 3" turbo back and CAI.

dan - I think i might get I/C first and leave the boost below 0.8bar... Then get the ECU when i can afford it.

Im not sure what mod I need next, I think and intercooler OR fuel/ignition control (ECU). I believe the turbo is getting really hot at low rpm/high boost coz its a small factory one....

Niz - I got dramas with my 33 I went up to Tweed last nite to see dAVE, and i was gunning it between these concrete barriers - ping! ping! ping! ping!. AAAHHHH!!!!! so i turned boost down to 0.76bar and its ok now......

oh man - theres a total of 6 screws holding my door skin in, theres nothing to these cars, thats the beauty of em..... Just get in there and have a go! 12 months ago I didnt know what a turbo looked like, now I'm installing/tuning electronic boost controllers, changing plugs and brakes etc.. Just have a go, you'll learn heaps about your own car. /end bragging

wow - my '93 R33 has no rattles at all now. it had one squeak and it was just a loose screw on the bonnet popper under the dash, and a rattly door, pulled it totally apart and screwed everything up tight and all is good.....

I have standard struts with 40mm lowered King Springs. Not too rough at all, but the struts are getting tired after 20,000km....
