I don't take things to heart mate... I checked the flappy thing tonight. Looks like it might not be fully opening like the standard one. Going to remove on the weekend and see if i can notice any markings on the inside. Have to get my hands on a grinder/drill to remove a little bit of metal I think. BTW Car made 10psi with flapper freely open. And is extrememly lous with one screamer pipe!

As far as I know any mechanicel gauge is illegal as mentioned but they don't really bother with boost. Oil/Fuel/Water on the other hand is a dangerous one. Has anyone successfully installed a Autometer oil pressure short-sweep electric into a rb20det r32 with the fttings they supply? Also where is the oil pressure sensor and what is the procedure to fit the autometer sensor/sendor unit into position.

Ok I'll check this this arvo/tonight. Can I disconnect the actuator pipe and wire the flap open? Should I then see the regulated 10-12psi at 5-6000 rpm?

If you read my previous post, i dummy fitted the r33 turbo with r32 acuator to the dump prior to installation and it didnt foul. I even ran the dump on the standard rb20 turbo with rb20 acuator without and problems. Held 12psi the hole time.

We posted at almost the same time.. I think it has something to do with my BOV because checked clearances of the acuator before fitment. I'm going to put stock BOV on and see what reading i get.

Thought that would be the culprit. Without welding the nipple into the piping, can i use silcon to seal the "tapped" thread? Don't want any air leaks.

I'll start off with mods: RB20DET R33 S1 Turbo (R32 actuator) JJR FMIC GFB Stealth FX BOV POD When I was running my standard R32 turbo, FMIC and POD, on my boost gauge it would read 10psi with standard BOV. Once I fitted the GFB one, boost rose to 12psi all the way to redline. Now that I have fitted the R33 turbo with R32 acuator (no boost controller whatsoever) boost under full load at about 5-6000rpm hits a peak of 15psi. I've tee'd the acuator hose into the hose that comes off the crossover pipe to the bov. It's about 30cm long and I've got a feeling this might be a cause rather then the standard r32 acuator as it wasn't a problem before?? Cheers.

Best to come look at them yourself and judge. Each rims has a few scratches, not from me. Tyre wise the fronts are fine but one of the rears is just about a slick, other isnt far off.

No idea if this works. R32 Turbo...$150 plus postage if your not in Sydney. R33 turbo bolts up so this should bolt back the other way..just wont make as much power as stock r33 turbo

Just put a S1 R33 turbo onto my R32, so no longer need this. Turbo has done approx 120,xxx kms. And has I would say very little if not NO side movement/play. Doesn't come with standard R32 actuator but can refit R33 (7psi) for no cost. Has one broken dump bolt, which I can probably remove. $150 ONO pick-up preferred but buyer can pay postage. Located in Sydney.

I have one. R32, R33 S1 turbo. Opens up on 4500rpm and screams til 7500rpm. Dont regret it and can still putt around city neighbourhood under 4500rpm... Does make it sound like an exhaust leak on idle.

Genuine R32 RB20 - 22060-56S10 Genuine R33 Rb25 - 22060-56S10 As you can tell they are exactly the same.

Would be very interested in a pair of those semis if somone only wanted the rims or a pair of rims and slicks.
