  1. Do you have the coilpacks? Are they stock or aftermarket? Please let me know via PM.
  2. BUMP. Price dropped to $50 for a quick sale.
  3. It looks so so so nice!! Why did Nissan design the R35 to look so shit? Compared to the R33 and R34, the R32 and the R35 looks so much shitter? Why go backwards? Who's with me on this one?
  4. Hey fellas, I came across this on Ebay...can someone please tell me what bodykit is this? I've never been a fan of the look of the R35 - but this makes it look so much better!! http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Nissan-GTR-Car-V-sp...=item45f16872d3 Kev
  5. Hi mate, yeah I can post but it will have to be an extra $20. PM me if you're interested.
  6. Hey fellas, Cleaned out my garage and found a fiberglass R33 GTR replica front grill. It's currently in black paint and can do with a slight respray if you required but comes with mesh and can be fitted immediately on any R33. I'm asking for $60. Pick up only from MAIDSTONE VIC 3012. Please call me on 0411 097 838 if you are interested. Cheers.
  7. Looks like GTR replica rear bar (without pods), whatever sideskirts he said, and then a stock series 2 bumper. Not my cup of tea personally...but it does go well like you said.
  8. Ok fellas, I've called around a few places and I think it's a bit of an issue getting the car complied and all the other hassles that come with it. Financially, I am selling one of my houses so purchasing it in cash is going to be no issue. However, getting one imported is...I rang Nissan and apparently they've put a freeze on the importation of GTR's - why is this - can someone please explain?

WTF? Are you posting "The Matrix?"

Ok fellas, I think it's time to take this off site - if you know what I mean. If you have a problem with Vu or DT Panels - for God's sake, give them a call and talk it over. Don't go posting hate comments on here, they're running a business, any type of negative news even if it's like 2 negative versus 100 positive still can be damaging. I have to say, Vu and DT Panels are a good bunch. Nice people to work with. If you ask him to do something, he'll tell you if he can or if he can't. If he can - Vu will do it right the first time and charge you accordingly. In my books, DT Panels is the way to go. I just got my 'GTS4R' fixed up there. I'm going to bring my GTR to him soon too. Yeah, there's a bit of a wait, but shit, when you got like 8 cars on the go, you can't just click your fingers and expect things to get done automatically. However, the quality of workmanship is good. This thread should be closed. If you have any issues, take it outside or in this case, "offline."
  11. GTR side skirts IMO go well with any front bar...e.g. I got a genuine Nismo front bar on my GTR and it looks tough.
  12. Definitely go black rims...without the red stuff... just all black. Really - and you said I sent you and they still gave you that price? Damn... Try also Advanced Wheel Repairs in Richmond or Ajax wheels in the Eastern Suburbs. Give them a shot. Good luck mate.
  13. Yeah Manni's post is ok - look like stock GTR ones...personally, I think the GTR stock looking ones are nicest. Not too flashy, but tough and blends in well the the shape of the R33. I hate the space-shippy looking ones like the Topsecret, Do-luck or Veilside - yuck!!

What exactly are the issues? If it's wear and tear after a few years - surely, you cannot blame a panel shop for this?
  15. Bring it to Steve's Wheels in Berkshire Road in Sunshine. Ask for Zoran or Igore. Tell him Kevin with the R33 GTR sent you. They'll help you out. Great prices and service.

Ok, I just got my R33 resprayed and a few items fixed at Vu's DT Panel shop. I must say, the quality of workmanship was exceptional. In regards to price - I don't think they're exactly "cheap" but reasonably priced for the quality of work. I was very pleased. I asked them to do some other minor things, they did it free of charge. Overall, I am a happy man.
  17. PM's replied. Call that contact and he'll get you work asap.
  18. My r33 Vspec is worth more than $25K, however, the answer is easy bro...been working hard, so it's time to buy perhaps my final sports car...before it's all wife, kids and business. You know how it is.
  19. Ok update fellas. I have made the decision to sell my R33 GTR Vspec and get a R35 GTR. Now, I need some guidance from those that have traveled there first, where is the cheapest place to get one? At the dealers, import one myself or where? I want to get one in the next 2-3 months. Please help.
  20. Are you willing to move into an office job or rather be more labour-intensive? If you want an office job that pays enough for you to get by - send me a PM and I will hook you up. Don't expect too much as it will probably office admin behind a desk.
  21. You gotta give the man the credit for having the courage to ask for it for "free." Love the sub subject line. lol I think a mate of mine has one. I'll ask him and get back to you.
  22. Hi fellas, I was just wondering if any of you have had your rear GTR badge stolen in recent months as apparently there's a badge scoundrel circulating the Western suburbs. Although I'm pissed as - I gotta hand it to him, as clean it took it off clean and didn't leave any scratches on my GTR's rear. If it's going to get stolen again and again, I might as well not have any badges. What are your experiences? Kevin
  23. Hi Daniel - haven't been on here for a while...great to see your car has been finished and is now on the road...looks good buddy... The colour is (as I had predicted) - changing a bit, getting darker which is tough as it was too yellowy at the start for my liking - looks really good mate. Love everything about it - except for the front bar - I suggest you get a Do-Luck front bar and it would complete the look nicely. Looking good mate - so what's next?
  24. Nearly any good panel shop can do this for you - it's going to be costly - but you will need to strip the GTR back to factory coat and respray as necessary. As far as I know - the R35 GTR does not come in Matt-black - please correct if I am wrong though.
