  4. Hey guys, Anyone know where to get replacement valves for RB26's apart from Nissan? I had a look at most places and they dont seem to sell them. Something like Supertech or Brian Crower would be awesome, but i have no idea who in Perth sells them, Any ideas? Cheers Abdul

Hey guys, First off, i did have a look in search function, and couldn't find anything...if you find what im asking anywhere, just put up a link and LOCK this... anyways, Im in need to tune my r33. Ive upgraded from stock to following mods: 500hp rated turbo on hks manifold FMIC 550cc sard injectors Nistune Z32 afm ,And i need to tune my nistune to support all those mods, basically what im after is who would you guys suggest for me to see to get the best and reliable tune.. also, been told that Launch control is a feature that nistune supports, anyone had a had launch control feature tuned into their nistune? (i'll ask the tuner this anyways, just thought someone might know..) Cheers guys, Any help appreciated...
  7. all good guys, just picked up a hks manifold, allot better than welding stock one. btw, local exhaust guy wanted $200 to weld it and couldn't guarantee its quality... cheers anyways boys..
  8. Hey guys, im not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but i need to know if anyone here can weld cast iron and is willing to do a cashy? Need to get a spot welded on my rb25 manifold for a wastegate. Need this done asap!, please help me guys!! Cheers
  9. ill be honest, i thought everything should swap right over when i went out and bought the wreck coz there both 34's. obviously i was wrong. This project hasnt even started yet. im actually still planning on how im going to do things, hence why i ask if anyone knows if theres a chance to fit it. its ok, your right this isnt the technical section neways. i should have started it there. no worries guys, cheers for the helps.

  11. Cheers for all that guys, really want to do this conversion as all the work will be done by me and my boss (im a mechanic btw). now with the transmission, dont worry about the amount of work, but is it possible to get it to fit in there, or simply impossible.

Hey Guys, Before i start away, i want to mention, i used the search function and couldn't find all the help i needed. ok, so i got an R34 GT, and am going to do a complete 34 GTR conversion to it which includes the following, Engine, Gearbox, Drivetrain, 4wd system, Brembos, Suspension, Interior and the whole lot. Now i was going to say, it is going to be daily, so i would like it to be liscenced with the swap over, anyone know if much work will be needed done? i read on engine swaps there is some form, but im assuming for this there should be more than that. if anyone knows any info would be awesomeness. oh and just so u know, i have all the parts already as i just bought a 34 GTR wreck. cheers for any input guys

  14. hey guys, just finished with a turbo upgrade on my car, but i find the car feels exactly as it did b4 upgrading??i have upgraded from a complete stock system, to kkr430, stainless manifold, 38mm dump back 3"....and when i try boosting it, feels as if the wastegate opens up too early (3000rpm???) and the car dont boost right..help me out, dont want cops finding out :(ill post a better description later when i finish work...(am at work now...)cheers guyss
  15. Hey guys, just making sure ive done things right, this is how my set up is: Ive hooked a vacuum line from the Actuator straight to my Intercooler Pipe, and totally Blocked the Air Filter line. Is that correct??

  17. hey guys, found out that my boost gauge vacuum hose was almost off!!!. fixed that up and im now getting 4.5 psi below 4500rpm and 6 above... its gone better although i thought it was meant to be getting 10psi with the r32 actuator??..am i not right??..
  18. Hey guys, Ive got some boost issues i cant figure out, its driving me NUTSS..Well, im not making more than 0.1 bars of boost (havn't tried boosting it yet). The car drives o..k with almost no lag until the time boost is meant to kick in, you dont feel the lag once your in boost mode, but both my A/M Apexi boost gauge and stock gauge show me that im running under boost, also the car doesnt have that 0.5 bar pull it once had. i have tried the following with no positive outcomes: - Change all vacuum lines - Change wastegate to R32 wastegate (as soon as i changed this, i had a boost up to 0.7 bars but with heaps of lag and backfires, so pretty much no difference) - Change Intercooler Pipes (not core, although core has some dents in the fins which i doubt would cause a leak or anything) - Replace Cat with De-cat Pipe (incase i had a blocked cat) and....nothing else so faar. i should also mention, i have takin my car for a dyno tune and the guys there tottaly gave up on my car (but back then the car was having some other issue which has been takin care of)..by the way, when it was worse then it is now, i pulled out exactly 143.2 hp...isn't that sexiful hey..lol Neways guys, PLEASE HELP ME OUT, im wanting to mod my car but dont want to mod it and increase possibilities of a dead engine..

  21. hey guys, i bought a front bumper from adelaide and got quoted for postage $250???....i reckon that is a heaps expensive price and needed help from sau members on the cheapest way to get it to perth, its costing me too much as it is without postage... please help me out asap guys cheers abdul
  22. i wasnt ther when he had it done, all i was told is that he set it more towards advanced. just a little note tho, the car still lags abit at around 7k rpm or so, just a bit, and the boost is till on 5psi....
  23. hey guys. my car didnt get better no matter what i tried, (even took it to a dyno, pulled out 142hp), so i took it to my mechaninc and explained the problem to him, he set the more towards advanced, the car got WAAYY better after that, i just wanted to know, is that gonna be a problem down the longrun by any chance??...if it is, im gonna keep trying to find the problem.. cheers abdul
