Hey everyone Just wanted to know if anyone has been defected for a oil catch can in NSW? Im new with this and i have a couple of questions, i hope someone can help me out. I have a r33 series 2 and just wanted to know whats the difference between: (a) rectangular oil catch can to a round one? (b) is it better to have a breather and what does it actually do? I cant seem to search for it on the net. Heaps of link comes up but doesnt really explain what it does. Thanks for your help

I heard from other people that r33 has specific ones that work well so i thought i'll just post it and see what works well with my car thats all. Thanks for the reply cheers

Hi everyone Im new with this, just wondering which oil catch can works well with your r33. Also if the messed up oil is coated in the intercooler fins, how can you clean it? Also what if its coated in other places? Is there anything you can do or is just tough luck? Cheers

Hey guys Im planning on getting my car tuned as i did some upgrades to my car. Just wondering which ECU will be the best for my r33? I've been looking at the apexi power fc and the link g4 ECU's but would like to know more about other ECU's and compare which one will be the best for my car. Any of you guys experienced any bad issues with a particular ECU? Thanks

As for a r33, is there any cat specifically suits or made for the car in terms of performance, flow and not causing big problems once the cat is installed? At times when you fit a new part, something seems to go wrong. Thanks for the help.

I havnt set any pressure since i got the reg fitted by my mechanic. Not too sure how he hooked it up. I gotta have a look. I have a problem with my car losing power and picking up speed very slow. Seem like a misfire of some sort. I changed my spark plugs first suspecting it could be that but it wasnt. My revs keep on jumping on idle so i thought it can be the coil packs and got that changed and changed my fuel pump as it can be that as well plus i would like more power haha =) Since i got my fuel pump replaced, might as well replace my fuel reg to compensate the fuel when i get my car tuned..

I have a nismo reg. I didnt set anything because i havnt touched it since i got it fitted by my mechanic.

Hi everyone I just recently done some upgrades to my r33 series 2 including: *front mount intercooler *dump pipe *splitfire coil packs *fuel pump *fuel reg *hks evc 5 boost controller After fitting in the boost controller, i tried to set it up myself by giving the car a hit to match up by boost settings but while i am doing so i found my turbo is glowing RED! Does anyone know what will be the problem? I still have my standard cat with a cat back exhaust and front pipe. Can it be the exhaust flow is not flowing properly due to the restriction of the standard cat creating the turbo to heat up? Thanks

Hey, How u going? I want a bar & plate because i dont want it to be damaged that easily because i have a few mates intercoolers are damaged by rocks and stuff like that. I know know tube & fin has better flow but it also can over heat as well so i prefer on getting a bar & plate. Your blitz one is it a return flow? Which type is it? Plus the piping looks stock in the engine bay and that is what i want. cheers.

Hey guys, Im looking for bar & plate reverse flow intercooler, does anyone know any? I've been looking around but i cant seem to find any at all. So far i only found the ARC one but its tube & fin. The ones from cooling pro its not too good from what i've heard. Thanks for the help.
