John, I chceked the weds site, the SA-55's1 8 x10's are 9.2kg's I googled RE30 weight and found the following, 19 x 8 = 8.75kg

I was told they are worth about $2k so I assume something just under that. I was going to get them re-painted to look brand new, but apparently X-clusive colours has moved on so I will need to find someone else to do it.

The blue groves are machined out of the black chrome and anodised, and yes depending on the angle depends on how much blue you see. They do their best work in motion, the blue comes through as a glow from behind the wheel. I have not seen it yet but the misses said it look like it has a fluro light behind the wheel.

Off course they do, I assume they are just stick elastic bands?

I wanted 24" solid crome, but could not find any rubber!

At long last my wheels have finally turned up, thanks to everyone who polled to pick them, I am very happy. As FATZ would say they are the SHIZZLE! John from UAS thinks they are crap, but hey who would listen to someone who still drives a 300Z boat! Some pics, enjoy. I just need to pind some black centre caps to finish it all off! Yeap, +1 for the hill sinking piss with the "SAU Team piss it up". I dont think 1.45 will cut it at this event, so my money and effort is best spent on getting shattered rather then driving the GTR. Bring your drinking boots fats GAME ON!

All, Thanks for you assistance in the poll, the 55M's look to be a clear fav! I will sell the R34's rims and buy them soon. Ok Im taking my wheels to be re-pared / re-sprayed back to New, and I will put them up for sale but what is the going rate? I checked some history and they look to go for around $1500 to $2200. I do have tyres for them, either the 50% nankangs or some slicks off the porchs GT3's, or should I just sell them without rubber? Please let me know what you think and if Im better with rubber on or off? Thanks

Spent some time on the offset calc. I think R34 STD's are 18 x 9 x 30mm offset. the new 18 x 10 x 18mm mean 1 mm less and 25mm more. 18 x 9.5 x 12 mm are 24mm more. I should be ok

Hey does anyone know if the 18 x 10 x 18mm offset will fit on my R34. The calc tells me I will have 4mm extra inside and I need 30mm additional clearence. I know there is plenty of room but is there that much?

Looks like the votes are in 55's all the way! I will tidy up my R34 rims post them up and order the 55's. Thanks all!
