i hear so many mixed opinions about smurfs blood, i was talked out of using it at one stage apparently its good for smooth shifts but causes more wear in the gearbox?
-

Elder Scrolls > Fallout
-
aww man the death of a good condition RB... my condolences
-
haha if he was a decent mechanic he would of put new coolant in or topped up the old stuff after doing the hose
but yeah like victory said, drain your coolant and start agian
get a bottle of nulon concerntrate and 10l of distilled water and go nuts
-
yeah nulon is ok or castrol green
the problem is where did your coolant go
it doesnt just dissapear there must be a leak somewhere
check your heater hoses and shit
-
man while your down there upgrade your dump pipes
try get some r34 gtr ones
-
they wont be the same quality as the blitz/hks options but with front pipes JJR should be ok
what dump pipes are you using?
-
ball joints get hold of shocksystems
http://www.shocksystems.biz/Home/Home.asp

and they can give you new joints to suit, i think mine were about $100 a pair, cant remember
-

you want ford terrortory rims they are like 17x9 +30 i think
-
some diffs need these big washer/spacer things for the front bolts
might sound dumb but you know the shafts are meant to be different lengths?
-
yeah man
get his IP then do a ICBM on his router
-
those nismo bits would have cost a fortune, didnt opt for adjustable items?
love watching this buildup though
-
depends what you do man
spacers are fine for city laps and shit but i wouldnt use them out at the track
don't get me wrong, people do and have no problems but theres always the chance of the nuts coming undone, plus the extra load on the studs
15mm are pretty mellow though, i would probably rather use 15's that a 5mm slip on... just take them off if you're gonna do anything serious

i have been looked after, thankyou

maybe those pommies were talking about using an aftermarket kettle with a stock teacup?
-
Its good to learn how to do mods yourself but if you wanna be a workshop warrior I recommend East Coast Customs in Kedron, I know a lot of people on SAU and hardtuned use them
oh and welcome to bris
-
oh, just a power run?
list your mods we can probably guess roughly what your pushing
-
if its the other gears that are giving a slight grind then yeah, when last was your clutch fluid changed? over a year o2 gets into it and it wont have as much pressure when you put your foot on clutch
if its done 125xxx and you havent changed your clutch your due pretty soon
so might be a good idea to do a HD clutch upgrade??
