  15. Helo people.. i tried a search but to no avail. The rubber clutch line on my r32 gtst has developed a split.. is their a braided replacement? If so where can this be obtained from? Thanks
  16. Absolutely true. Of the 4 episodes.. number 3 is the best one for drift.
  17. Dont forget people, we are talking about two different styles of simulators here. The GT series is a DRIVING simulator, R factor/GTR series is a RACING simulator. Lets not get confussed on the different styles, you just cant compare apples and oranges.
  18. mapping? What does that mean? Open the steering boxes up and and follow the hand brake wire and splice into it, add your own hand brake lever, with a switch and rubber block for resistance.. and bob's your aunty.
  19. add your own hand brake to them.. its not hard.
  20. ok.. i understand what yor saying. the 32 is similar.. when i get back towhere the car is.. i will post a picture of how i got around it.
  21. well i have loaded a picture of the re routing past the plug that i mentioned earlier. I have un-pluged the plug for a better picture of what im describing. This is a 32.. so im not sure about the 33. Anyway.. this gives you an idea of what i'm blabbing on about.
  22. ditto here too. I cant say i'm an electrician by profession. Though i don't understand how the soldering would create this problem?
  23. go around the connector. it has a rubber boot seal.. cut a slit and go through that way.. pull the wire out and the seal reseal's itself. The crimp provides mechanical strength for the connecion.. the solder provides electrical srength for the connection, being a vibratory piece of equipment.. it could, though may not, suffer from loosness, or tearing from the vibrations etc. Crimps are only the quick and easy option anyway. My dad being an ex electrician always taught me, my work must outlive the component im workng on. Though it does look like a good job.
  24. I hope you soldered those crimps on the fuel pump, and did you run the large earth and positive wire through the original plug? so large wire's.. through original wire on plug then to large wire to pump? thats kind of only going to be as good as the original wire, it will be acting as a restrictor. Some might say it wot make much of a diference.. but.. why do the upgrade in the end if your going to retain some/part of the original wire?? It does look like a nice job, though i would modify those couple of points myself.
