Fs: (qld) Gtr Group A Racing Turbos
Revenge replied to Revenge's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Sorry mate this is all that I have. NOTE: These turbo's have no Garrett ID Tag, (I don't know even if they come with a TAG being a racing turbo). I purchased them from a 65 year old man who had 3 sets of GRP A Turbo's, Genuine Garrett 800mm Tube and Fin intercooler cores, plus many other Nissan racing parts. As he was heavily involved in motorsport years ago with the old R31 Skyline and R32 GTR (Gibson Motorsport). I don't have a lot of information except that the Turbo's are rated to 2 bar, they have been rebuilt as some stage in there life and are around 350-380hp each and have made 500rwhp on a RB25 @ 18psi. General Specs: Steel wheel 360 degree thrust bearing Front housing markings, Garrett A/R .60 M24 Rear housing markings, Garrett .64 696-2 T695 -

Hey Everyone, I have for sale Twin GTR Group A Racing Turbo's which I brought around 2 months ago (yes the same turbo's used on the Gibson Motorsport GTR). These turbo's where going to be used on my 1993 Ford Falcon 4.0 6cyl as a Twin Turbo setup which previous used Twin GTR N1 R33 Turbo's. I have decided to not complete my project car and I have no need for these turbo's anymore. I am not interested in making money only breaking even, I paid $1250.00 so naturally I want $1250.00. Hey Everyone, I am looking for Twin HKS 2530's or HKS GT-RS turbo's (Garrett -5 or -10 are ok) used condition don't care about km's, just as long as they are in good working order no leaks and normal shaft play. Regards, Matt

Converting engine bhp to rwhp has to be a around a set HP amount like 70-90hp (what PM-R33 said). Anyone who stats a percentage is on crack, as this would mean the more HP you make, the more HP you lose. Example based on 10%, @ 300bhp you lose 30hp and @ 500bhp you lose 50hp, BS!!!!!!

The EA-ED inlet manifold is far better for turbocharging then the newer EF onwards one. There are several cars I know of running into the 9's on the standard EA-ED manifold. Also with all the advice you are giving me regarding turbocharging falcon's, inlet manifold, revving, head work....don't. I'm not meaning to be rude but, I have been turbocharging falcon engines since 1998. My current TT falcon i have owned for 5 years. I'm just completing a turbo upgrade and I just wanted some opinions on the -10's. In regards to the parts I am using I'm not releasing any spec's on anything, so I'm sure that you can appreciate that.
