Nope. It's a common misconception. People hear 10k, then tell the next person, etc. 5k will get you a full rebuild with standard parts. 10k is something that will handle 300-400kw+ 6-7k is a forged build with oil mods which will handle very decent power. Unless you're thinking... Jun stroker kit or something... which is like $15k+ all up

Shit, anyone remember Dazzleland in the Myer centre? It's basically all but forgotten now... a few years ago, you could still see the Dazzleland signs and stuff, but now it's all covered up by 2m of white painted glass so you can't see in. Apparently, the gym only takes up 1 level... the other 2 levels, which were what Dazzleland was located on, are simply disused. They don't even allow service people up there anymore, as they say the floors "are too weak". It basically never got maintained after it closed in the late 90's I guess. I still have a Dazzleland token sitting at home, too! Hahaha But shit, that was awesome up there when I was young! And Lego Land... ah... memories.

Yeah even if you get a major defect and you live xx amount of k's away from Regency (say, Port Lincoln) then you have to go to the equivilent clearance station in your town/village/tent/tribe and get the defect cleared there. These smaller stations are a shit load easier to pass in!!

They also hire via Hays Recruitment. Most government agencies go through Hays as well. Ring them up or send in your resume to them. Seriously. They get you a Project Officer, Business Analyst (same shit) or Project Manager job in government in days! And you can name your hourly rate! Don't be afraid to ask for $30+ an hour, because they pay it!

Internal, Damo. They get released to us in SA Water first. If no one in SA Water wants the job, they then get released to the public! Most of the time, the position will be filled by someone interally, so it'll never make it out into the public.

There's 15 jobs going at the moment! All to do with plumbing, electrical, fixing huge pumps and managing stuff. We got a new digital fish pond installed the other day! When I'm not on SAU, you'll find me trying to catch fish in this lol. It's actually really cool! You walk on digital water, attempt to catch digital fish and have a real digitally fun time! We also have a giant Murray Cod swimming around in a huge tank on display and a few 'rare' purple-spotted fish things. I highly recommend applying for a job in the chemistry/bioligy section... it's packed with hot young Uni student chicks and female German exchange students!
