Cool, yeah i think im gonna go with super lows for now and later get coilovers when i got more money , wats it like to live with tho like speed bumps etc, it wont effect my decision much but just wanna know b4 i go get them.....oh and how much did u pay for your super low king springs alone???

Yeah ive thought about coilovers but im kinda restricted budget wise but just out of interest would i need to get anything else with coilovers if i did buy them??? im still open for options....itll jus take longer lol, but simply put im lookn at doin a suspension overhaul as its pretty nasty round corners and bumpy ride, even though ive got the stock rims on it...

Hey everyone! im looking into lowering my R34 and i am tossing up between which king springs to get, the "lows" or the "super lows", i did read a few months back about something if you lower an r34 more than xxx cms the tire wear would greatly increase and the handling would be like a bag of potatoes, i have used the search function and couldnt find anything, so yeah anyone know the rough LIMIT that a R34 can be lowered without sacrificing too much handling/tyre wear??? thanx heaps in advance

I was talkin to a mechanic the other day about getting an engine rebuild and since ive got a R34 25GT so its N/A and he just kept talkin about how i should BUY a BRAND NEW RB25DET engine from nissan and he would do the conversion for me. Bt anyway back on topic is this possible??? buying a brand new engine from nissan??? never heard of dat b4 so jus wonderin heaps ay. thanx in advance guys Alex

Yeah basically wat the topic title says ay, cop pulled me over yesterday on guildford road and "inspected" the car, the only mods i gt on my '34 is a muffler and a pod. He was saying dat he believes the muffler is "too close" to the road surface, my mufflers at least bout 150mm off the surface which i believe is plenty of room havnt exactly measured it tho jus estimating, bt mr "i know everything about cars" told me i was wrong! and sed hes into his v8's etc to me! lol so wat! lol oh and get this! when he asked me to open up the hood he was lookin at it for about a solid 5 mins and then he leans against the car and goes to me, "Sooo this car iisnt by any chance fitted with that NOS thing, is it!?" lol i jus thought to myself "someones been watching 2 fast 2 furious too much!" lol, bt anyway my main question is im completely clueless how the pits work, wat the legal sides of it is like in terms of mods, which pits are good to go to etc, sux even more coz ive only had my p's for jus over a month and im already in pits. plz help ppl thanx in advance

Basically im looking into putting an Apexi pod filter in my car and bit later getn the heat shield done, but i have 1 question. On the stock airbox there is a little lead that can jus easily be pulled bt my actual questions is what do i do with it once i have put the pod filter in? I will answer more questions if neccesary. Basically im a P plater who has bought a R34 25GT. I bought a NA due to insurance/maintenance costs etc, but i would like to further down the line to hopefully convert it into a GTR, i have used the search bar and read sum detailed info bout GTR conversions. I jus want to know exactly how much all the mechanical/drivetrain parts would cost all togetha roughly. Even better, if anyone has done a full gtr conversion, how was the outcome? Was it worth it? I plan to keep my car for a long time so dats y i wuld be interested in converting it. Thanx heaps in advance guys

Hey im new to this forum and just had a question to ask, Does it matter if u put a R34 GTT pod filter onto a NA R34 Skyline??? Like the adaptor for the turbo one seems to be the same as for the R34 GT Skyline???
