thats life mate. normal id say.
if you got the plates, call up the police station that the car was patrolling in and make a complaint (pretty much guaranteed to do nothing/go no where/ get laughed at). cops have each others back, if u were a cop u probably wouldnt dob in a fellow worker for something not worth dobbing (ie some stupid road thing), unless you disliked him/her.
if it did go anywhere, and he did hear back from it, it would probably only make the cop angry and anal rape the next person he pulls over.

give your IACV a clean, there was a thread a few days ago about the same thing.
Vac leak can also make the car idle quite rough. - so check your vac lines.
flooding, unlikely. if the above fails, start ur car up at home, and let it splutter and stall. then take out ur spark plugs and check if theyre wet/smell like fuel.

Andy does the tuning now.
Only bad thing that you may have heard is that he does safe tunes.. would you rather your engine pop? theres plenty of other places in perth that can do that for u.

auto1 mixes paint.
also, theres a place called auto power or auto paint, in balcatta, on the corner opposite near geddes st that mix paint pretty cheap.. and is a specialty car paint shop too.

i saw one on waneroo road day at night after drift finals.
it was like a thin tripod about 1m high off the the ground, with a tiny handheld videocamera on it..
and parked in the carpark was a highway patrol..
definetly did not look like a multanova.. no sign put after it either

get a secondhand hub, smash it out and smash it back in. - for wheel studs.
or as above nissan would have em, be pricey tho.
otherwise, auto1, repco etc should have em. these are cheaper, but theyre universal. and i have heard of people having trouble getting em in.
