Those are impressive figures mose... I've only managed 230rwkw's out of my 2540 @ 14psi. Need to replace the actuator to something heavier as I leak a lot of boost in the top end if I go much higher. But yeah, congrats to anyone who comes even close to that on a 2540... I know I'd be more than happy.

Dunno if this helps, but I can confirm that with the e-Manage, coil-packs are prone to failure. I have it installed w / injection and ignition harness on my manual R33 S2 GTS-t. I've already blown two within 6 months. One blew about 5 months after installing the e-Manage, while under heavy acceleration. The next one blew when I was having battery problems, when I had to start the car repeatedly within a short space of time. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but was told that the problem was localised to Series 2 R33 GTS-t's and S15 Silvias? Regardless, it has been a total pain to get individual replacement coil-packs for each of these cases and thus I'm going down the well travelled PowerFC path. Mind you the e-Manage performed just fine other than that - handled the change to 550cc injectors and Z32 AFM pretty well.

Get your oxygen sensors checked... they may be dead... thus leading to overly rich mixtures. It's a prob I'm going through right now as well... just haven't had the spare cash to get the O2 replaced. Currently getting 250 km's when the right foot is heavy.. yuck... 320 km's @ absolute most shifting so early the turbo goes to sleep... Anybody know how much an O2 sensor should cost?

I have it... I'm pretty happy with it. Works very well. Displays boost info in several formats from standard gauge view, plotted history, bar graph etc all with peak hold... and it can record this data as well. Gives you the ability to tune the e-Manage without linking it to a laptop... though obviously it's a little more of a tedious operation and not something I've really messed with... Looks good, specially @ night... pale aqua / green back light... I'll post pics later if you really want. But there's heaps of pics around on the net... just do a search. Freebaggin, I saw the Dyno chart on the computer @ the workshop, but their printer was stuffed on the day... so they're printing it and sending it to me in the next few days. 212 was the best repeatable result they could manage cuz the factory clutch was slipping more and more with each run... they got up to about 230-235 rwkw @ around 1.15 bar I believe. We'll know for sure when I work out what clutch to go for, any suggestions for someone aiming for 240 rwkw guys? Don't want anything too savage... Been told to go for Exedy so far... Sly33, Sounds like we've got very similar setups... I've got A'pexi GTspec FMIC, pod filter, bosch044 pump, Nismo 555cc injectors... hopefully with decent clutch, should be good for 1.2 bar and 240 rwkw? Who knows...
