Hi all,
thinking of buying an r32 shell and want to put an rb20de or rb25de into and a manual transmission. Anyone know where this can be done and preferably how much it would cost?

Does it have a running engine? If so rb20de or rb25de?
What engine parts is it missing? Looks like theres no gearbox.

As title states, lookin for, basically, a p-plate legal, manual, non turbo 32 or 33. Condition is not overly important just as long as it has a running or close to running motor.
Anyone who has one or knows of one hit me up.

Yeah no longer importing, was going to import through j-spec, as they seem really helpful to me. Just going to look local now for an n/a 32 or 33, and if i can't find one might have to settle for an s13. Thanks everyone
Hey i'm new to this website, but love it anyway. I'm a P Plate from Queensland stuck on restrictive laws, as sad as I am about the restrictions I have I understand why they exist. Ever since I saw one, its been my dream to own an R32 which is why I am currently on the lookout for any for sale within Australia (non turbo)that can be shipped my way (condition is not important). Any help for a new fella would be appreciated.

I've just learnt from j-spec imports it is illegal under australian law to import non turbo 32's and s13's. If this is the case, sorry i'm new to all of this, how did the current non turbo ones in australia get here? Is there a new law or something i'm missing. I'm especially interested in an r32 gts but finding them extremely rare and hard to come by in australia. especially in QLD, where i live.
Does anybody know of this or has an imported 32 gts they could tell me how they got here?

Mate i would love nothing more than to buy from a dealer its just the one i want (non turbo) is so bloody hard to find!!!! and from the e-mails i've been getting from these distributors it (appears) to be alot cheaper. Thats why i'm interested in this other stuff e.g. compliancing, tax etc. Thanks for sharing your knowledge though
