  1. Hey guys, baught the tickets, now can't afford the air fairs, due to work hours being cut, seats are a few rows from the back in the middle, Row K seats 91 and 92 if you want to check them out on the ticketek website. Tickets are worth $69 each, selling for $80 for the pair. Will post COD Cheers
  2. Hey guys, Selling these bits that are lying round off my old r32 gts-t. the pipe and budget blow of valve were used on it, and are for sale for $40. The Super Sequential blow of valve has never been used, has all the fittings and stuff, selling that for $120. I work insanely retarded hours, so I'll be posting these, COD through the post, buyer pays for postage. Also, check in "Other items for sale" section for 2 x Top Gear Sydney tickets for $80. Cheers
  3. Hey guys, I've just picked up a Mazda Eunos 800 and the supercharger isn't hooked up. The pulley seems to be loose. I'm tipping it needs a bearing kit or something. Can anyone reccomend a workshop around Melbourne, preferably SE suburbs, that is good for this kind of work? Thanks guys really appreciate it Glen
  4. WHAT IS IT: 1990 Nissan HR32 Skyline REASON FOR SALE: Building house, fallen short on funds. HOW MUCH: $8,000AU As is. (Unreg, but Road worthy). CONDITION: Mechanically great, body not perfect. LOCATION: Frankston, VIC 3199 Back story: I purchased this car towards the end of last year, with the intention of taking it to the track. The day after I purchased the car, the engine let go. This set me back financially with my intentions of the vehicle. I replaced the engine with an import engine from a Nissan import workshop in Oakley, and had the mechainc look over the car for any other potential dramas. Overall the car is in great mechanical condition. It feels very solid and smooth to drive, with no rattles or creaks as you drive over bumpy roads. As stated above, the only reason for sale of this car is to get my house over the line to it's certificate of occupancy, that the bank requires. MODIFICATIONS: - 3" Turbo back Tonaki (Spelling?) Exhaust, 5" Cannon muffler - Exeedy (spelling?) Heavy duty clutch - Pod Air filter - R33 16" wheels - 225/50/16 all round - Front strut brace - Head unit - Front bar and side skirts (unknown) - Aftermarket handbreak EXTRAS THAT COME WITH THE CAR: - Bilstein springs and shocks (sits car 60mm off ground all round) - BOV with adapter pipe - All import papers and documentation (car history) - Boost gauge - Aditional set of standard suspension (springs and shocks) ITEMS LISTED FOR RWC BY MORNINGTON MOTORS, MORNINGTON VIC. (ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN REPAIRED/REPLACED) - Replace RH rear view mirror - Move boost gauge - LH power window button not functioning - Rear tyres to be replaced - Centre seatbelt missing - Rear seat not bolted down - LH seatbelt twisted - LH lowbeam out - Secure battery - Secure front bar - Rear washer squiter not functioning - Rear muffler touching body MY TWO CENTS: This is by no means the greatest R32 skyline to drive Australian roads, but it is mostly original and stock, unmolested, and feels unthrashed and a solid car to drive. The Tonaki exhaust puts out a really nice, agressive note that really turns heads. The turbo flutter is fun to play with and gets peoples attention (new standard turbo with engine, running 12psi). Interior is mostly perfect aside from hole in the dash for boost gauge, that was removed for RWC purposes. Under normal circumstances I would ask for a slightly higher price, but being a full time student / full time worker, building a house, I don't have the time, nore money to chase around registration. All and all a good fun car that turns heads and puts a smile on your dial. CONTACT DETAILS: Contact Via PM, or call on 0423 822 882 If I don't answer, leave an SMS and I'll return your call - I don't check message bank. Ask for Glen.
  5. Hey guys, got this race harness sitting around that came out of my 32, had a race seat in it when I got it. If anyone wants it, they should probably take it. I cant post it or what ever. PM for more info.
  6. Hey guys, Had these sittin around in the shed for a while taking up space. One has some descent scratches on it, plus some centre caps are missing. A couple of manufacturers make this design, and centre caps can be picked up pretty cheap from any tyre power, tyre factory etc. Rubber is inlcuded. Tread seems okay on most, but i think one may have a puncture. Not exactly sure on details as they were dumped on my by a mate after he took off over seas a while back. contact via PM and ill send you my mobile number if you're interested. Cheers Glen
  7. Hey guys, I need a new mirror for my '89 R32gts-t. I don't need the whole unit, just the glass part. Don't really want to shell out $150 odd for the whole unit. Some one told me they are the same as the 89 model Maxima's. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Or have any other suggestions? Cheers
  8. Item: R33 Drivers side rear view mirror Colour: Black Condition: Good, wires are cut. Can be rejoined. What car: R33 GTS-T Location: Melbourne, Frankston Contact: Via PM or email - Glenpittock AT hotmail.com Shipping: Will ship COD at buyers expense, or local pickup. Price: $80
  9. No one else has replied so I'll chuck in my 2 cents worth. I don't know much about them, last I heard about them was a couple of years ago, and there were substantially more pricey than air to air. But I hear they do a pretty good job. Not entirely sure on how they work exactly. Would be great if some one who knows could give a quick description.
  10. Hey guys, My mate just blocked the standard bov on his r33 gts-t, by blocking the hole with a plate, and bolting the bov on top to hold the plate flat. Now, occasionally, when rolling to a stop, and clutching in, the revs drop to 0 and stall. Is this a common problem? Or is there anything that can be done to avoid this? Thanks boys
  11. I Coudln't be asses reading all the replies. BUT MY VOTE GOES TO HALTECH I've ran both Mircotrech LTX-8 and Haltech EK6 on the same car, Haltech takes it hands down due to pure smooth drivability. Microtechs I think are better suited for race applications. On Full Throttle they do good. Anything, sush as coasting, changing throttle (traffic conditions), they just lacking the mapping resolution to give a smooth ride. You'll find the car jolting and jumping on and off throttle. Not to mention cold starting and idling imperfecitions. The haltech on the other hand handles all these elements effortlessly. Driving the haltech almost feels like driving a tune smoother than that of factory, with the bonus of complete modification control.
  12. Sweet as guys, I'll look into it, or might even invest in an aftermarket gauge to be sure in the future. Cheers
  13. Hey guys, My cars been doing something odd lately. Oil pressure seems to be going up and down. I can't seem to find any pattern to it. Tried different driving situations and driving on hot/cold days. It either reads somewhere just under the 4, or only just about the 0, or some times reads flat 0. I'm well aware I shouldn't be driving with this amount of pressure, but have had no choice this week. Probably done around 1000km's since this has been happening. This said, the engine is still running, and seems to be okay. I'd say about 70% of the time its been reading 0. 20% hanging between just above 0 and 1/4. And the other 10% just under 1/2. The car is running rich, and idling high (fluctuating between 1,200RPM - 1,800RPM). I gave it an oil change hoping it was the broken down oil, but it seems to of had no effect. ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciate. I have no idea where to start with this problem. Faulty oil pressure sender unit perhaps? Ideas?? Thanks heaps Regards Glen
