Actually this makes sense as since igot the Vi-pec installed mne hasnt gone it... actually i tihkn i might have dont it once... but thats it in over 2 months

i had a similar prob when registering my R33 7 months ago... lady was swearing black and blue that it was a personal import as it was for personal used and no matter how hard i tired telling her that it was imported through a dealer and complied she wouldnt have a bar of it... In the end i had to get the compliancer on the phone to speak with the RTA scrag and get the shit sorted... but yeah it was all good after that =]

I was actually looking at replacing the stock gauges with after market ones in the cluster by replacing the wires.. its sounds like it should work... what do you guys think is it easy? should it just be as easy as changing the wires?

can also be dirty aac valve.. check DIY section on how to clean.. This is a VERY common problem is skyline. but Very easily fixed... my car actually does it occasionally...

Well im not sure this would matter as you can buy an S1 R33 and they dont have an air bag, however the S2 does.. So i cant see why you cant change. But then again they have some stupid laws out there
