  1. Hello All, Just got my car back from the paint shop following a little touch up here and there.. The one thing I haven't been able to sus out is the Fog lamps (far left and right of the HID's). Normally when you turn the headlight stick to first click it should put the headlights and rear break lights on. The rear break lights are going on fine but neither of the fog lights are. I have tested both the power cables for the fog lights with a standard 12v bulb (pin in, test bulb/light pin out) and both are working fine. So power is being supplied right up to the fog light input. Anyone have any ideas? Can't get the lights out without removing fenders...
  2. Yeah just coolant in the radiator which would obviously be done with the water pump and belts. Probably wouldn't hurt changing the power steering fluid also. That ones reasonably cheap/easy.
  3. A 100k service isn't going to be cheap Depending on how much money you have available it may be best to park up the skyline (before the timing belt goes). From there you can slowly collect up all the parts required and then just find a local workshop to do the labour. The kms could have also been wound back further at import.... You really need to do the following: - AC Belt - PS Belt - Alt Belt - Timing Belt - Water Pump - Spark Plugs - Clutch (Full Kit Ideally) - All Fluids - All Filters - New Battery? ect. You could get away with just the clutch and timing belt for now, if things are failing it's most likely sign everything is pretty well worn.
  4. If you are just swapping an end cannon with the original it will fit fine.. If you are going from the Cat ect. it will be different. Basically the end is the same everything in between is different.
  5. Don't forget the little things.. It most likely will need a decent service at some stage.. Coil Packs, Spark Plugs, Cambelt, Fanbelts, Clutch, Tyres ect. Just be prepared to give it a full service if not now it'll need one down the track
  6. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-305809534.htm Manual one for sale in NZ... To buy or not to buy!
  7. Thought this may interest some... There is a 1990 GTS-T up for sale on Trademe over in NZ Nothing out of the normal except the genuine 5500kms on the clock Price is definitely high, however it's pretty safe to say it is the only Auto 2.0 in remaining in that/factory condition. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-304589688.htm
  8. Can anyone tell me/provide a picture of a tool that will remove these: Like a semi-hollow star shaped nut... Spanners ect. won't work. http://www.iforce.co.nz/View.aspx?i=lrp3nhpc.jpg
  9. You can change it on the rego papers when you renew.
  10. Hello All, Quick query im hoping someone can answer. The end of my exhaust was swapped for a cannon sometime ago (bolts on bolts off the end)... The car is a 1998 R34 25GT Coupe... Have the opportunity to buy the end exhaust off a 1998 RB20 Sedan... The tips on the exhaust ect. all look the same... Can anyone confirm if the physical exhaust is the same in terms of piping diameters and through put?

  13. Hello all, Have run another tank of gas through the engine and have had no issues... Still not down to the low fuel light however so will see how it goes tonight after a drive. Sparks were replaced with NGK iridium's at the same time the coils were done.
