well basically, i want to do skids lol and i can get 2 16" gtst rims with tyres 4 free, and these wuld make gud skid wheels for my gts4 lol what would happen if i ran the car in RWD (by taking out 4wd fuse) and then put different diameter (GTST) wheels on the rear? would it break any of the 4wd computers etc? hey, my power steering belt on my R32 GTS-4 (RB20det) went snap on saturday night, steering has now gone heavy (obviously). Anyway wanting to know which belt I will need. I've searched and found it will be one of these three 1989-93 2.0L 6 Cyl. Turbo (RB20DT) 3PK835 PS - w/ AC (this single belt runs the PS AND the AC) or combo of these 1989-93 2.0L 6 Cyl. Turbo (RB20DT) 4PK945 PS - w/o AC (this belt runs just the PS) 1989-93 2.0L 6 Cyl. Turbo (RB20DT) 4PK925 AC (this belt runs just the AC) I'm thinking its the 3PK 1 as it appears to be only one belt in my car thats snapped, but the pulley appears to be a 4PK. But my opinions don't matter as I'm n00b haha. Also will anything else shit itself because of the snapped belt I've attached photos of what the story is PS: I'm getting the car tuned up etc, going to get AFM, AAC & Throttle body cleaned out, air/fuel ratios checked, timing sorted and ECU reset. anything else you guys would reccommend getting done while I'm getting it tuned up? ok mint. im going to get a top mount manifold 4 some bling factor lol, so guessing ill need new oil and water lines. and 2 change the intercooler piping. wouldi need the spacer with the top mount?

ok sweet as, the gt3071r seems to be the way to go then. will rb26 injectors bolt straight into the rb20 rail?

whats the difference between 3071 and 3076? dont really understand what different a/r ratios and shit mean and how they affect how soon boost comes on, peak power etc

oh ok once im finished im wanting about 230rwkw-ish, give or take a bit. just going to be a street car though ive only got standard injectors at the moment. the motor is stock apart from apexi poddy, catch can and 3" exhaust

I'm looking at buying either of these turbos (can get garrett turbos cheap new) im also going to be doing top mount manifold, wastegate, front mount and bov at the same time. and will most likely upgrade fuel pump, injectors and ecu in teh future which of these will be better for my application? how much rwkw? when will they come on boost and be at full boost? oh ok, still no way that im going to have it sitting that high. i like having my cars nice and low. guess its down 2 personal preference

K-Sport or D2s should do the job. they can go pretty low aswell and are qquite reasonably priced

If your taking the wheels off to paint them (presuming you are as i cant think of any other reason to remove them lol, sure there are plenty tho) you can just give the back of them a slight whack from the back with the handle of a screwdriver or something similar. that will do the trick

yea id say that 350mm/345mm will look pretty close to standard height (unsure on wht the standard height is in mm but guessing its pretty close to that) would i need gtst or gtr camber arms as its a gts4? or are they all the same? cheers

nah, i like having my car nice and low (and its not low enough at the the moment imo) so just wonder if the gtr front struts are short than gts/gtst. its got gtr rear suspension atm and its nearly wound up as high as it can go and its sitting at about 310mm (centre of wheel to top of guard) over here in new zealand we can change anything we like (within reason of course) as long as its of good quality and doesnt make the car dangerous and can get it certified (wee plate that gets riveted to the body that says all the modifications are road worthy and dont make the car dangerous) so just wondering if the aftermarket rear camber arms do have the bigger centre 'holes' so they won't foul on teh arms. cheers

Hey, basically as the title says my rear coilover bottom mounts and locking rings are hitting the standard camber arms and have ground them down, therefore making them defective so they wont pass certification. basically i want to know if aftermarket adjustable rear camber arms have a bigger 'hole' in the middle so they will clear the coilovers. or does anyone else have any other suggestions? also I'm pretty sure ive been sent GTST front suspension as the bottom lower mounts are fully wound up and they arent very low (335mm centre of wheel to guard) im presuming the GTR struts are shorter therefore will go lower, is this correct? cheers

Hey I'm looking at buying some 20"x8" (yes i know 20s on a skyline is a bit of overkill, i want something that will really fill the guards though) anyway, just wondering if they will fit 20x8 +42 offset 235/30/20 tyres all round my cars lowered on adjusties, isn't slammed, sits at a nice level, bit lower than super low king springs Cheers and no they aren't bling bling chromies lol, they're dished black wheels

Will z32 300zx or r33 gts25t brake rotors fit onto my r32 gts4 (5 stud mspec brakes) or not? if not any1 got any brakes they would like to sell me that will fit (not to expensive) cheers

hey mate, still got this for sale? what would the turbo go like on a rb20det? ive only got apexi poddy and 3" exhaust off downpipe at the moment. but i was looking at buy wastegate, manifold, turbo, injectors, fuel pump, front mount intercooler and ECU at the same time and fitting them all at the same time so i'd buy the FMIC, fuel pump nd injectors and fit them all at once. would this be a good setup or do you think the turbo would be to laggy? cheers

So my adjusties turned up today the front say GTR so pretty sure they'll fit but rears say GTS so I'm unsure, have emailed the guy and he reckons they fit but im still unsure ill whack some pics up so you guys can confirm, dont want 2 b left with 2 shocks that wont fit and im unable to return them or someting stupid Cheers PS: 2nd pic is the rear lower mount

ok sweet, ive just had my mate over and we checked all the coils, turns out that Coil #2 was shot, so now im looking for a new coil. hopefully that fixes the problem if not ill be back here for some more help cheers
