If the chassis rails a twisted or bent in anyway... Don't bother. If its something like rad support, panels etc then a bit of DIY and a couple cases of beer and a few weekends can fix then go for it!

Get under the car and have a look, you will see yourself if its all f**ked up under there, i could see my slave pushing on a massive angle lol

I had a similar issue, didn't crunch gears but was sticky as f**k. Clutch fork had spun on the thrust bearing and the slave was pushing the fork on an angle etc etc, it was really messy. It was all replaced before any serious dramas but frusterated the f**k out of me.
