I don't think it's a respect thing... I've been friends with my boss for years (well before he gave me a job). A lot of other people in the company are close friends with him. It wasn't something he wanted to do. He even cut his own pay, and both his son's. I've got a meeting with him on Monday to talk about it. I suggested to him that I could work from home. That will cut his expenses (office space, power, internet etc.) and my travel/parking expenses. If I was working from home then that would make up for the money lost from the pay cut. I honestly don't think he'll agree to it, but if he does then I'll be very happy. That would allow extra flexibility to help me work on my music career and take my car off the road if need be.

I could do double my normal workload in half a day at home. My colleagues distract me way too much. Especially the 24 yr old IT guy that thinks he is 5 years old and sits behind me all day talking non-stop or playing with his Thunderbirds toys (with sound effects!).

Yeah, I completely agree. It needs to be fair for everyone. 23% of the population still smokes so at least use our tax dollars to make designated areas!

Agreed. I wish they'd make a public smoking ban already. I'm sick of gagging when walking down the street or into shopping centres. Children/babies have to breathe that in too!

Way to rub it in haha. I've just emailed my boss asking him if I could work from home. The money I save on parking/petrol would cover my pay cut (like $80 a week). I doubt he'll say yes, but if he does then it'll be awesome No more annoying colleagues. Would get heaps more work done.

Yeah, my boss wanted to avoid that... So he just cut the pay of like 200 people I'd rather he just fired like 20 people.

This makes me wish I was under 18. I hate it when people smoke while I'm in their car. You shouldn't smoke in your car without consent of all passengers anyway. That's just common courtesy. All those laws are harmless though. Just don't be an idiot. Plus less time spent smoking means less cancer anyway

I haven't had the other 2 for agessss man But yeah, Supra was meant to be gone today but the dead battery screwed me around. MR2 should be 100% functional pretty soon Then I'll come on a cruise or even organise something myself.

Well of course people on SAU will say Skylines are better I'm indifferent because I'd prefer an MR2. At the end of the day, the point I was trying to make is that a Supra makes a great P plate car. Reliable and still quick enough to have fun in. Just look at Kez - at SAU events he's down there ripping around the track in his Supra, giving everyone a run for their money. Whether you like the looks of them comes down to personal taste. I prefer the look of R32s over Supras too. I almost bought an R34 instead, but it was too sluggish.
