  7. Didn't stop me from having driving fun, was being gentle on the way home though. Could of been really bad so big thanks to Zac.
  8. oh and an exhaust leak, nothing a straight pipe won't fix.
  9. Zac is a top bloke, went down and found that I need: Rear main seal Top radiator hose - Got this thanks to Zac I will fit it when the car cools down. Gearbox leak fixed - little leak @ the back. Cold motor was the cause of the missfire I will run the factory coils until I cbf swapping the yellow jackets back in again.
  10. Morning mate Sounds like a good plan Igniter is in the coils, does not look like loom or coils TBH they operate under load and at speed, not plugs either. Background on the car: 400rwhp r34 gtt never had an issue with missfire ever 109000K's only missing at revs while free revving no issues under load or at max boost (23psi)
  11. I will investigate further, Just wanted to provide my observations and update on findings.
  12. Doesn't appear to be, It runs fine. I will drive it for a bit and if it plays up I will swap in my old plugs.
  13. Yeah. I don't think it is my coils, I took it for a drive and no issues at all under any load on the factory ones yet when I free rev it around 4k it starts breaking down same as it did with the yellow jackets last night. I am starting to think it may be over fueling when no boost is being fed in while free revving. Put the boot into it on the highway and she goes like crazy with no issues exactly the same as it did on the yellow jackets before servicing.

  15. Morning Mangs, got the car up and running on factory coil packs, I took it for a drive but I have not free revved it like I did with the other coil packs. I will take it for a good drive and see how she goes. May be time to order new coil packs
  16. I have the factory coils here still, I can swap them in as they has no problems and have minimal K's on them. I will do some testing and rule them out one way or another.
  17. I am going to go over it again tomorrow, all plugs are gaped @ .8 5 are bcpr7es and 1 is a bcpr7es-11 (gaped to .8) can't find a 6th bcpr7es anywhere up here. I will inspect the coils again tomorrow as well as the loom. I will swap the gaped down one out first and see if that fixes it.
  18. Possibly, could be loom. Yellow jackets with around 20,000 on them Car was running perfect before plug swap so I can always put the old ones back in and see if it is the issue.
  19. sup f**kers, car is serviced but is missing at 4-5k rev's. Engine is cold though. I will take it for a drive and put some good fuel in it tomorrow if it is still crap I will put the old plugs back in
  20. After the day I am having going home and servicing the car while drinking beer is going to be like a zen garden to me.
