new O2 sensor and u should maybe look at putting a injector cleaning additive in the fuel have heard of this helping. also change your spark plugs. also clean ABV and AMF. a major service's should be the ticket "Sneakyazn"

i was on my way back home from toodyay and there was a bmw and then 2 road trains in front of me and we were going about 10km under so when there is the over taking lane i go in to it to over take and the bmw in front goes to do the same thing and that is cool and then just as i pass the last road train the bmw slams on the brakes for know no reason and i had to slams on the brakes coz im not cutting in front of the road train and then be4 i know it the bmw is back in front of the road train and the over taking lane just ended and the is another big truck coming the other way and lucky for me one of the road trains saw the hole thing happening and let me in but it was real tight. hay come on ppl back of the young ppl im 18 and know heaps of other "young" ppl that dont do stupid things. granted that some of u have had problems with young ppl we are not all d**k heads (referring to first page) "peterw > Saw someone throw a cheeseburger at another car at traffic lights once though - the windscreen wipers didn't help much at all." lol that reminds me about what happened to a guy i went to school with somebody shat on his windscreen when he was at a party. lol the wipers didn't work very good also

i think we all know that we need police but some of us have had bad experiences with them but we must not make assumptions of all police because of this. and for the majority of us it is actually the legislation passed by parliament that infuriates us any police reading this or similar threads should not take offense at peoples comets because they are just letting off some steam and shouldn't be taken seriously

spent a wile on car trying to fix problem. found the alarm/immobilizer then had to cut it loose all very simple but time consuming things to do. checked all the fuses and they were all fine, then i check for any wires that may have shat themselves, and last of all i check the microphone/shock censer and it was tripping out on anything. so i screwed around with that for like 1min then problem fixed i dont know what i did. lol but i fixed it. im so relieved because i have to drive to work tonight and its not the safest place to park.

hi my alarm is playing up i dont know what type of alarm/immobilizer i have so i dont know if anybody can help me but any help is much appreciated. ok just about 30min ago my alarm just randomly goes off and my clicker didnt work so i had to use key to get into my car and then pop the bonnet so i could disable the siren. but the alarm was still going off just no sound. 5min later the clicker works and i turn off the alarm. i then re activated the siren and locked my car with the clicker. 30sec later the alarm goes off and repeated this a cupel more time with no luck. then i un locked car disable alarm and allowed car to immobilize it self (it does this after 1min or so) and the alarm doesn't go off no flashing light no nothing but the car is un locked so i try key-locking and the alarm doesn't go off. any ideas what could be wrong. i did try starting car and it did start so im guessing no battery problems. summary = must turn off siren and use key-lock or alarm goes off soz if somebody has already posted something like this i only had a quick search before posting. im just stressing big time.

95% agree with this the other 5% is understanding how different road surfaces will effect the car. u need to take that into account when driving just like u dont shift at 4k when there is a cop behind u

-go in style 73 XB falcon -avoid driving at night (kangaroos) - keep a idea of what speed ur doing if not using cruse control and if u are using it then maybe turn it of every once in a wile so u dont get to reliant on it. - plan to take rest stops other wise u will find that u wont stop as often as u should. - stop as soon as u get in to a town or when the speed limit drops dramatically and take a 10 - 15 min brake so to avoid speeding.

like a emergency belt hose kits that u can get for 4x4's. one for a skyline if u can get it would be perfect. and extra water is good for everything like if u need it personally in a emergence or a radiator hose shits itself and u need a top up or in a fire. water is very versatile i dont know but i think there is something out on the market witch is like a EPIRB but for the road u can get it at malz i think also look at putting some sort of grill infront of the radiator to protect it from damage

one word = lol rope is a necessity it saved my ass big time today just give the car a real good service before going. check everything and dont cheep out (lock-tight is ur friend)

worst place to be for the first rain after a hot streak or for any rain is the roundabout on east pde in east perth just after farmer fwy lol u have to take that at -15km or ur going to go sideways. lol first time around there i just rained and went to go around like normal speed hahaha i was sideways all the way round to brook st i got some funny looks that day. also i know a girl trying to get on to Mirrabooka Ave from Boyare Ave after first rain she lost it panicked and went into a tree she was fine but the car was a complete totaled

hi im starting this topic because there is nothing out on where good roads are in WA and buy good driving roads i mean like good speed limits, low traffic, good conditions and if the road is strait or it has some twists and terns so if any body knows of fun roads plz post info about the road and a road name would be nice

you should probs check that it is all plugged in too that was my problem and because the gage wasn't working when i got my car i never bothered to fix it i see this topic and i set out to fix the problem i got out all of the tools and then when i had a close look its not plugged in hahaha lol lol lol lol 2 sec fix lol

hay a constructive comment couldn't u instead of making the shape that you wanted just tape up the area and mold the fiber glass so that it is an exact fit. and spray PVA mold release liquid all over so that you dont have any problems with the resin sticking to the car. you could probs use the same method for the top half of the air box by using the bonnet as a mold and using clay or something to make it all nice and smooth here is a pick to help put the idea across good luck hope it works out
