  1. I know it's a late response, but I've got a pic of a skyline racing on the Sunday I found a pic on another forum, showing my other turbo on the sidelines! Mine is the red hatch on the top right of the photo!
  2. My R33 came from Emerald, and seems to have been well maintained. You must have some good mechanical shops up there!
  3. It's not the Cosworth, the Cosworth has a modified head to give it more power. This one's a standard turbo XR4 model, that looks like a Cosworth. On another note, I saw some nice looking Skylines on the Sunshine Coast over the last two days! And not one new dent on the R33!
  4. I was lucky to find one hidden in a shed. It's been there for over 10 years now, without being driven, and has less than 50k on the clock. I've convinced the guy who's been hoarding it to part with it (less than 10g). I know I've got a bit of work to do to get it back on the road, with replacing seals/rubbers/oils etc, but it'll be fun.
  5. I am buying a cheap daily... well, almost. In the next few weeks I'll also have a Ford Sierra XR4ti, which has a bigger boot space! I did park a fair way away from the entrance, which did make me more pissed off!
  6. It's only been a few months since I bought an R33 GTS25T (apparently for the wife?) but today I'm pissed off! Two months ago, my son broke his little finger (it was 45 degrees out of alignment!), so I took him to the doctor's, took the nearest parking spot, as I wanted to get him fixed up, but after an hour or so, came out to the Skyline, and found a note saying "Sorry I hit your car..." Anyway... I got a nasty gouge fixed due to someone leaving a note... about $800 repair bill. Today, i went to the local Bunnings, parked in the far aisle, and got back to the car to find a paint smear on the right rear giuard... I polished it out, but there's a crease in the guard! It looks like it was the left hand rear door of a white 4x4 It's not a big dent, but it's an imperfection that I didn't want, and will cost me about $800 to repair. How the hell can you avoid these injuries????
