what pads are with the kit?

Friend has a stagea 1998 series 2 WGC34 and the front struts have 3 top bolts? I though all stagea models (except M35) had the 2 top bolts like R33/R34??

How do you tighten the slack from the handbrake cable (tried tighning the 10mm bolt near the handbrake) but this is doing nothing.
