  1. No need to remove the heat shield. Its almost beside the power steering fluid tank.
  2. Where intercooler connects to the turbo would be the outlet of the turbo. inlet of the turbo is where the intake connects to it.
  3. Aren't you supposed to do a break in before going full boost with your new turbo? Problem might not be with the turbo seals but the other oil seals in you engine. Since the new turbo would be pushing more pressure, those seals might have gotten worn out faster than expected.
  4. My car's running fine with the SARD atmo BOV we installed. Running a custom intake manifold, otherwise everything else is stock. Maybe you can try a harder setting for the BOV. I'm using an RB20DET.
  5. If you have VIC oil filters there the C-207 is the one we used on our RB20DET
  6. Just an update. We did a tune again today, after a major electrical overhaul. Car is now pushing out 249.14 rwhp and 251.91 lbs-ft of torque. Boost set at 1.21bar dipping down to 0.8bar.
  7. Hi guys this is my first troubleshoot question. Car: A31 Cefiro Engine: RB20DET from R32 ECU: MEC-R212B with Nistune Mods: FMIC, custom intake manifold, SARD Fuel pressure regulator, SARD R2D2 BOV, Airtex Fuel Pump I'm having an intermittent problem with the revs cutting off at 4000-4500rpm. I thought it was a wiring problem, so I had the whole wiring harness retraced and fixed. It came out again after spending hours in the dyno. Car was running okay during first few passes. Then it started to develop some choking problems around the same rev range but would run through redline. Then the last problem kept on cycling, cutting off. Consult reported Knock Sensor error which is equivalent to detecting a knock. Tried to run the car even with a stock map, same problem. Please help...
  8. I think its a bit too much money to pay. Nistune has produced good results for us.
