are the chrome door garnish sold?

i've been looking for a pre-owned r33. i've test driven a few r33 and i've notice something that happen in all the r33. tried moving off at slopes in 1st gear and hear this disturbing sound from the rear. is this normal? or something is wearing out? tried searching on the forum but couldn't find any. TIA
