  1. yep ive gone with 303 aerospace, lots of good reviews about it on other forums
  2. the rims pictured are r34 gtr rims, I was wondering what was the widest Nissan manufactured these rims ? I have a set but they are only 8.5" wide all around. idearly id like 10" all round.. Do they manufacture these rims in 10" all round ?
  3. im looking for a product that doesn't contain silicon, to help moisturise the dash in my r32.. ive found this product on ebay called Meguiars Supreme SHiny HI GLOSS UV protectant.. cant seem to work out if this product contains silicon or not or can anyone recommend what products to use on my dash to effectively add moisture into the dash to prevent it from cracking
  4. what products are recommended to help rejuvenate the dash on my r32 ? ive read any cleaning products with silicone in them are bad and will dry the dash out and will speed up the process of the dash cracking.. im looking for some kind of product to rub the dash down in to stop it from cracking, effectively add moisture into it.. any helps appreciated cheers
  5. ill offer 5k for the car, if your interested in selling for 5k call me on 0405 057 652 cheers
  6. Im sure a fair few people here should know the M's K&N air pod adaptors for the GTR'S, R32 TO R43. made by (M's) they have K&N filters. Does anyone happen to know the code for that specific K&N filter that connects to the adaptors ? I did find it on the net somewhere ages ago, wrote it down and obviously have lost it.. and have spent hours looking for it again with no luck Need to know the specific part code to order a set of them from local auto joint. They are clueless without the part code thanks
  7. g'day now ive been trying to get nissan FAST working for a while now, but cant get the bloody thing working. all i need is 3 part codes for a r32 GTR, for the boot bounce stop rubbers, and the bonnet bounce stop rubbers, and intercooler pipe rubber washers. --the bonnet stop rubbers mount to the radiator support, at the far left/right sides. (assume they come in a set?) --the boot stop rubbers mount to the boot itself, left/right hands sides. (assume they come in set)? --these rubbers are used on the stock r32 gtr intercooler piping whereever there is a bolt mount, its basically a rubber washer if anyone with a working version of FAST could please get me them codes it'd be muchly appreciated. I'm sick of looking at my pride and joy and seeing a cockeyed bonnet and boot. 1 bonnet rubber is missing and 1 boot rubber is squashed badly. cheers
  8. when i type in the VIN number (any legit rb vin number) it says "model series can not be found for this vin no input model or model series" iruvyourskyrine - we appear to be using the same nissan fast NFA010 - but it seems that u have 2 fields that u put your VIN NUMBER into, firstly "BNR32" and the second field "306428" WHEREAS on my nissan fast i only have 1 field that i enter the whole vin number into. How do i assign the japanese CD's ??
  9. if someone did do a gtst/gtr conversion, the chassis number is for a GTR - im almost tempted to rub back the paint on/around the chassis number, to see if anyone has cut/welded in the area around the chassis number
  10. gotRICE? - deffintly not a gtst/gtr conversion as behind the right hand headlight where the other intercooler hoses pop thru the chassis is genuine to fit a GTR, not just a dodgy hole cut - IS THERE ANY OTHER WAYS TO TELL IF THE CHASSIS IS FROM A GTST ? i got no idea why someone has made such a mess with it, all i can assume is perhaps that spot rusted out and/or was replaced poorly with a dodgy cut out peice from another car.. ??
  11. looking at the 2nd and 3rd pictures, if you look at the top left hand corner of the picture, there is another hole cut, 1" wide 2" long. IS THIS HOLE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE ??
  12. hey folks so today i took all the intercooler, pipeing, hosing and bov's off the car, to reveal that the hole cut under the battery for the intercooler pipeing has been poorly done. I have been told that on R32 gtr's this hole come stock standard, therfor you cannot be defected for it ?? As the pics show, someone has cut the area out, made the hole slightly bigger/bodgier n then only tac welded the peice back in place, and just slapped paint over it, it probably had 10 MIG tac welds holding it in place. The car was complied after import and has been roadworthy'd twice once in NSW and once in VIC and this was never noticed. I have owned the car since it was imported. The pics were taken before i took a thick 1mm chunk of paint off the whole lot, looks like they just got a paintbrush and slapped paint over the bodgy job. After the paint was all scraped back to the original white paint, you could easily see only maximum of 10 or so tac welds holding the plate in place. I plan to fix this up, weld the peice back in properly and grind it all back down. By trade im a sheet metal fabricator so fixing this up is easily done. In the engine bay i was thinking of getting some either 1.6mm or 2mm plate and covering the area around the hole where its allready cut and recutting a new hole in the 2mm sheet, that way it looks neat and is strengthened. Can anyone tell me if i can be defected for this ? obviously after i start welding im guna need an engineers cert to show its strong and been done properly. But thats only 100% necessary to get the engineers cert if the cops make me do so, correct ? Because ill do a bloody good job and itll be very neat. Hardly noticeable maybe only noticable to a GTR enthusiest.. Whats your opinions about this ? keen to hear others thoughts and opinions on this cheers THIS LAST PIC IS LOOKING FROM IN THE WHEEL WELL.
  13. g'day folks, i finally got nissan FAST up and running, but when i open the 'FAST System' - When the actual program is open and i just search for a model of car, (by clicking on the CD icon) it shows 42models of nissans but no skylines, the models of cars is shows are, pulsars, 300zx, 240sx, 280sx, sentra, stanza, ultima, maxima, and some other crappy models of pickup type vehicles. Have i buggered up the setup process of nissan fast ? i need to source out heaps of door seals n shit for my r32 gtr, and a heap of other seals nuts/bolts and misc peices.. hence why i need nissan fast up and running. any advice is appreciated, cheers
  14. hey yep that clears that up - is anyone here good with nissan fast ? ive just downloaded and setup fast, and got it running all good... but when i go to select a model of car (there is a CD button to select and it brings up a heap of models of cars), there isnt any skylines, Firstly it seems i must add a 'Model series' in nissan fast else all the buttons are just blank, once i enter a model series then all the buttons appear. There is only 42 different models to choose from, no skyline series at all ive muddled up somewhere in the in installation process i think any help appreciated cheers
  15. im on the RHDJAPAN website, for their parts for sale they show the schematic from NISSAN FAST - it shows all the other part code's but that joint needs the SKU number of the drawing and the SKU part number in order for them to find the correct part for me.. for example, heres a pic from nissan fast of a skematic http://www.rhdjapan.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/8/4/84902-04u10.jpg on here, which part displays the SKU number of the schematic ? As ive got a heap of part code's written down but they need the SKU number from the schematic aswell.. cheers
