  1. KYB shockies will do the job but are at the lower end of the market. I have them on my R33 at the moment while i save up for coilovers. they do the job but it depends what you are after, if you want better handeling try another brand, if you want it for the drag strip they are not too bad because they have alot of giv off the line wich reduces axel tramp and loss of traction...
  2. You need to get your rotors skimmed, over time the front and rear break pads and disks will become glazed. You will need to remove the rotors and take them to a mechanic to get them skimmed. A quick fix is to take the calipers off and give them a rub back with some heavy duty sand paper but this will not last as long as a machine skim.
  3. Im looking for a set of 4 standard struts to suite my R33 Gts-t. Also if you have a set of lowered springs to suite. Based in perth
  4. Does Anybody have a set of standard struts for a suspension set up to suite an R33 Gts-t??? Or do you know were i can get a second hand pair from wreckers???
  5. also interested, PM me when a price is decided.
  6. I am shopping for a new clutch at the moment and most ppl i talk to have recommended a 9 puck, has anybody got any comments on this clutch, or can reccomend a better one.
  7. I have relocated the bleeder valve reading location were it pickes up the pressure to the pipe between the std BOV and the manifold (this was a recomendation from my mechanic when i fitted the FMIC) but i seem to be loosing way too much boost. Previously it was tapped into the intercooler pipe just before it reaches the manifold. Obviously this is getting different readings, anybody got any suggestions on the best location. Also is there any other areas i should look at to determine were i am loosing boost, it reaches around 13-14psi and is bleeding back to around 9-10 at 6rmp. Thanks for any suggestions.
  8. If it is being used in the dump pipe area then it is going to be open to some pretty hot conditions so how can moisture be a problem. Also it makes sence about the intercooler pipes but i might give the wettie material a go i think i have a few old ones at home...
  9. I was thinking of heat wrapping my intercooler piping and dump pipe! any comments on this???
  10. Can you bolt this turbo onto the std manifold? what other bits and pieces did you have to do to get the turbo working on the stock engine? injectors? fuel pump (obvious)? what else? What sort of power should this turbo be able to put out? Do you have a dyno print out? Sorry about the questions but am interested and need to know what its gonna cost me.
