Compression test all cylinders before removing head!

Woodruff key is only for locating harmonic balancer, bolt holds balancer on! Very common after timing belt replacement, Especially RWD vehicles (FWD usually has easy access for rattle gun). No one removes starter motor to lock crank for correct tension on bolt! Remove balancer, line up tdc on crank, fit new key(glue if req), line up tdc on balancer, tension bolt to specs! Have done a few, inc above or full removal of crank, spray weld snout and re cut slot, but no warranty applies either way! My advise: try it, if it slips again buy a new crank!

Passengers side fixed in 5 min with soldering iron, Drivers not too bad, only clips to go!!!

Built for response and reliability, Numbers will come later! VCT n/w (actuator clicks but no advance of cam), low boost (16 psi), not much timing and wheel spin on dyno! Want to build a good fuel system for e85, wind the boost up, throw some timing in and correct the rear camber!

Removed broken/munched speedo shaft and gear from gearbox, Only chipped a few teeth on 5th and reverse gears. Also fitted up super quiet catback $50 to run under the radar and scored a set of non projector headlights $50

Oil, filter and sparky's on weekend, ordering rocker gaskets and shims to do valve clearence's!

330rwhp @ 16psi, comes on hard at 3500rpm!!! GT3037s/Gt3076r 0.6 front 0.63 rear, 38mm tial gate. Boost keeps climbing till redline, Wastegate to small and VCT not operating.

Same as GTR! Remove covers, measure clearence, remove shim and measure, fit desired shim, recheck clearence, refit covers. Special tool required to compress valve spring so you can remove shim. Will be speaking with Nissan about available shims soon.
