And you'll kill another one. There isn't any difference in strength, the synchros are just revised slightly for better shifting. There is bugger all difference between the boxes really, I don't know why Nissan even bothered. About 10 parts were changed.

Ok good to know anyone know what the go to brand is for gearsets these days ? As it's still street driven would be better just doing 1st to 3rd ? And keep 5th as is ?

Ps if anyone has a second hand sequential I may been interested !!

hey guys whats the preferable oil filter to use on hp rb, i have been using genuine nissan for years but wondering if theres anything better ? i also use penrite ten tenths 15 w 50  and e85 which seems to work well with e85 fuel.

[R33 GTR hicas into R32 GTR]

Hi people,

I'm looking for an r33 gtr hicas wiring harness/ plugs and hicas motor relay to do an electronic hicas conversion on my r32 gtr. I have tried all of the skyline/jap spares and wreckers I could find and haven't had any luck, if anyone on here knows where I might be able to get one or has one, it would make the project a lot easier and make it a lot neater. I have everything else ( r33 gtr hicas ECU, yaw sensor, rack assembly, clock spring and a good set of wiring diagrams which I have already cross referenced to the r32 diagram to make it work).

 

Any info or help would be appreciated.

Ok cheers. I recently changed my box and out mt-90 redline in it I believe now that this may be the incorrect oil. Pushing 490kw through stock box also ahhhhhh
