yes, if you are happy with the track increase and the resulting camber change (or can adjust it with tops) you will still need to sort out the mounts or use s14/15 uprights

yes conversion bearings with 5 stud hubs, press onto standard s13 spindle

all good. forgot you will need to swap front lcas or press the s14 ball joints into the s13 arms as well. you'll also need new inserts to reduce your front stubs from m14 to m12 for the suspension mount bolts or use s15 uprights or drill out the mount holes on the coilovers\struts
