know what you are saying exactly -- annoying stutter! mainly on intermittent ... dont think its the blades .... any luck finding out why?

hi, i am newbie here -- thanks for all the info posted. just bought a 2001 ar-x with 160k, mint condition but the turbo is whistling. what r the best options. how much to replace with a good aftermarket jobbie? and with 160k on the clock is it silly to go for something with more power? any recs for a good turbo? can anybody in auckland recommend a good shop? also there are some suspension awd drive issues... if anybody in auck could txt me on 027 202 1996 i would appreciate it.
