  1. That sounds awesome... I want that for dinner now instead of meatloaf! Hai Dave
  2. Yeah man. The water was up to the roof of the baskins under cover car park. Think how high it had to be in his street for that... there's another video that shows his street. It's up to the 60 sign opposite his place
  3. So, good thing no one went to old Baskins last night...
  4. Been shut for a while for the airport link work. Maybe it was only through certain hours...
  5. Getting up at 5:30 tomorrow so i'm out. In next week though.
  6. Ah sweet. If they didn't, then we didn't. That'll make tomorrow's clean up heaps easy and we should be able to move all the cars back. I wonder if they'll ship us off to newstead later in the day to sort that out...
  7. No water at Aspley. Don't know what's happened at the workshop yet, they haven't shown windsor on the news. They seem to only be concentrating on yuppie suburbs where houses are worth more, and big industrial areas.
  8. Sweeeeet. Probably Saturday or Sunday for me as well. I told John to give me a call if we're doing a cleanup on the weekend so that we can get straight back into it on Monday. I don't know about you guys out there in the comfy chairs and aircon , but we're all pretty much on standby until Monday. No worries with yesterday, mang. I was already saturated from the morning, so I didn't care if I was stuck back out in the rain again. At least we didn't have to move the cars very far!
  9. Farkin lol at milton. Because lang park is on fire too http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/suncorp-stadium-on-fire/story-e6freuy9-1225986138040 Just got home from tarping and sandbagging the workshop. 4 day weekend!!
  10. For a report that's been going all damn day, there's piss-all information. They just hit the repeat button on the dvd player...
  11. Yeah Colin, the inner west will be rooted if it goes 70's spec. Move your car if you can. We all have to go in at 8 to lay tarps and put down more sandbags. I'm wondering if I'll be able to even get there if Kedron Brook keeps rising...
  12. Sorry. Meant ranga col. He's working at hamilton atm. Rain seems to have died off now anyway. We got sorta evacuated from work though. Hope we still get paid though...
  13. Everyone here is going apeshit. Moving cars to higher ground, running around screaming, sand bagging. I think i even saw a dude with a "the end is nigh" sign at one point. So much chaos. So much lulz. Col, your area does go under pretty hardcore. I suggest you move the R if you can.
  14. I wasn't asking so i could fill it through the top of the box (would much rather use a ratchet pump and the filler hole on the box). I was asking because if they share the same fluid, that would be why they hold heaps. can't quote properly on the new fag vesion of sau or i would have quoted ravi's question. But anyway... whatever. Back to my little corner.
  15. Isn't the gear box oil shared between the transfer case, box and diff in the gtrs? That's what my driveline appears to be anyway. One filler spot, random piping going everywhere... looks like a slag of a job to do without a hoist tbh.
  16. Mostly rain. chance of flood here. I parked on high ground.
  17. Speakng of sillicone hoses... I need a new one for my throttle body. Might have to use blue hose so everyone knows it's a hectic race car
