  1. looks like the one on ebay is for a 350z, therefore the 8" extension pipe is probably needed before it can properly fit on the v35....also doesn't look like that one comes with the y-pipe (unless I missed it), whereas the one ezy03 is selling does.
  2. Just replaced the driver's side window motor a couple of days ago, the reset definitely worked for me. Do tend to agree with jjjones in that the button didn't really feel like a button.
  3. Was gonna suggest thenismoshop.com (they have ebay listings as well), I just had some stuff sent over from them and was happy with their service. I did want to get the stillen air intake, however went with the ztube + k&n filter set up. Good luck!
  4. ahh...just the person I was looking for . Looked through some old posts and seemed like you got a decent deal on the Exoticspeed system....and a good rate on shipping. Would love to know (and if you don't mind) how much in total you spent?...otherwise would be nice if you could tell me where you got it from?
  5. WSII was something I have been considering...but I was just looking at using my existing y-pipe coz I think that system is (muffler + mid pipe). If i'm sticking to my budget of $1000 for the exhaust, I think its either the exoticspeed + y-pipe or the WSII. Having said that, I'm really looking for a system that will amplify the stock sound + give it a deeper tone. From what I can gather on the g35driver forum, the exhausts that will do this are the Nismo / Stillen / Fujitsubo...? I'm assuming you guys get your exhausts shipped over from the states?
  6. I would also like to know what exhausts (or the common / popular ones) that are being used on the V35 coupes in Aust. as i'm currently looking for an exhaust also. I know some here have the fujitsubo, exotic speed, stillen, etc.... but anyone have experience with Magnaflow / Tanabe Medallion / Megan racing / Apexi WSII or N1, etc. Mentioned these as they're under the $1000 threshold so no duty / tax is payable, but then again, should really just go all out right?
  7. Thanks 180 wanabe and mosoto for the link to both the guide and the video. I agree that cleaning the motors might not be worth the effort, so best I order them first and taking it from there. Might be an obvoius question but should the window be down when i attempt this (haven't had a chance to look at the video yet)? Ezy03 - would be great if you can advise where you got your motors from, most of the ones i've seen from ebay are around US$180 a piece and not including shipping (still much cheaper than getting it locally though). FYI - Nissan dealer here quoted me approx. $180 per door for replacing the motors.
  8. argh....my driver side window starting to go too...got quoted around $550 for a motor, and around $270 for the regulator from Nissan in Darwin. Planning to order the motors from eBay as well, just unsure if I should do the regulators too? Might actually try to pull apart the door and clean the motor first....not confident though.
  9. Finally got the tranny cable installed on the 350GT with the help of a friend (much appreciated!) , haven't reset the ECU though. Will take the car out tomorrow for a nice long drive to see whether the tranny cable made any further improvements.
  10. As above, what's the best way to install the tranny cable? I should probably get some jack stands first but perhaps it can be done with just the car jacked up? Everything else installed pretty easily, haven't gone out for a drive yet tho but is an ECU reset really needed before any potential changes appear? thx
  11. Any good places to service the v35 in Darwin?...Kerry's Holden? Thx
  12. Seems like I'm the only one interested right now...lol Possibility of getting Sxexcx's contact details? Thx
  13. Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if this offer is still available? Cheers
