  1. Spotted a Silver 33, SHY-033 with an "I <3 Haters" Sticker on the window on Grenfell Street about 3:30pm And then a Silver 4-door 34 on Gouger about 10 minutes later.
  2. Hi fellas. I've been searching for a while and can't seem to find an answer to my problem! I've seen alot of people have trouble with one headlight going out (32s, 33s and 34s). I have a 34, and have checked all the places other people have suggested (switch, globe, fuses etc) with no luck! ALTHOUGH I have seen that there is a fusebox in the boot of 33s. Is this the same for a 34? I cant seem to find a fuse box there. If there is, can someone give me an idea where I'd find it? Cheers in advance!
  3. Spotted a black 32 along Fullarton Road just after Greenhill Road this morning about 830am. Exchanged a wave and a thumbs up. Skyline comradery is awesome

  7. Hey fellas! I'm fairly new to the scene, was keen to go on a cruise or catch up with some people on here to meet you guys and put some faces to the comments I've seen you do the Vilis thing so if you allow newbies I'd be up for that! Other than that I'd be keen for a cruise anytime. Got a few mates with imports who'd wanna join too. Cheers!
  8. Spotted a sweet ass black 32 on my drive home from work tonight. Was on South Road Bedford Park headin south. Gave a look and a nod, but I think he thought I was a weirdo lol
  9. Re-hashing what appears to be a VERY old thread lol but this is what my car is doing exactly (98 r34 gtt)! Except it has happened 4 or 5 times over the past few days. It happened once then didnt happen for a day or so, so I thought it was nothing. Then it has happened a few other times recently? Having a mechanic mate look at my car Wednesday for service etc and will run it past him, but thoght Id get some of your views first. Cheers fellas.
  10. Was an awesome day! A few mates had their cars in too which was good. Stand out for me HAD to be the VSpec GTR 34...which was apparently too nice to put on the track, so he bought an EVO for that haha nice work. Even cars parked on the road to see the event were nice to look at. Coppers didnt seem to bad too. Apparently some were giving advice on how to have them engineered to ADR Standards, and just telling people what they would be defected for on the roads. Didn't hear any stoies of defects being handed out or a trap set up nearby...anyone get done? I've heard that they've issued notices by letter after the even though. Not sure if this is a myth :-S But seemed like a successful day!
  11. Sweet silver 34 with gold rims parked on Pirie St about 1230pm today. Me likey

  15. Keep spotting an Orange 34 along Fullarton Road heading South most weekday mornings. Awsum34 or something as number plate? Odd colour, but looks cool and a nice ride
  16. Ah thanks that link was just what I needed!
  17. Just wondering if anyone could post some pics of how they ran the piping for r34 fmic? eg any holes cut? And there is what appears to be tubing attached to the stock piping, how can I makehsift a place for this to connect to the new piping? Cheers.
  18. Cheers mate. Any chance of pics of where the piping comes up from the cooler into the engine bay? And how it goes over the engine bay to connect it? Much appreciated
  19. It's just a crappy brand one (chinese I think :-S)...Monsta Performance. Piping kit is nothing like what it needs to be, but I have some extra piping to work with. Just need to know where to put it and how it should go in
  20. So I've spent the last day and a half trying to install an FMIC into my GTt r34 Skyline. I've ran into a few problems, and ended up just putting the stocky back in so I can drive it. Mounted the cooler no problem, had to get a new smaller thermal fan and move the horn, but all good. Taking out the old side-mount was a bit of a hassle, but got it, and the piping on that side fits perfectly. My problem is with the piping on the drivers side. First, we managed to find a gap small enough to JUST fit the piping through. But coming up into the engine bay, and running across above the radiator fan, it sticks up too much and the bonnet cant close (aswell as having to remove the engine cover). Can anyone who has installed an r34 fmic give me any ideas? I'm getting quite frustrated! Cheers. PS Will post pics if needed...
  21. Quick update a day later... Installed all as described except found what I think it a better place to t-piece the vacuum hose. All working smoothly I'm thinking I may post a quick tutorial because I couldn't find any up to date ones with pics on the forums? Hopefully it may be helpful (although it was quite easy in the end). Cheers.
  22. I have a Drift Digital Boost Gauge to install in my r34 gtt. So far Ive decided the follwing and am hoping to get some suggestions as to whether what I'm doing is right! 1. I'm going to mount the gauge on the A-Pillar, and have a found a space through the door frame to under the bonnet which I think would be nice to fit the wiring through. 2. I've located what appears to be the stock boost sensor. I am not too sure about this part, but was planning on cutting the hose and t-piecing it to my new gauge. Is here where I should cut? Or am i being completely clueless here? 3. I also have to connect to gauge to 12V main power. My thought was to run the wire under the steering colum out of sight, and connect it to the 12V power which was used for the cigarette lighter (which I never use for anything). Any help would be appreciated. My last question is this, I found this switch while playing around, and i am not quite sure what it is. It is hard to reach and is near the driver's side door. Any ideas? I thought it may have been a kill-switch, but doesnt seem to have that effect (or any it seems at this stage). Cheers fellas.
  23. Excuse the lack of knowledge... But what is the difference and how do I tell?
