It's a bubble(s) that forms when the top layer of meterial covering the dash lifts off... Most likely caused by heat and moisture, It's not a factory feature

I hope so coz occasionally I forget to slow down at road works... Unless there is gravel

Yea my low beems aren't great either.. But how good are the high beems on the r32 Has anyone hooked theirs up so the low beem stays on when you turn the high beem on? Rather than swapping from one to the other?
