Hi guys, I now this is a long shot, but my clutch went last week in my R33 GTST. I was mentioning it to a mate at work and he said hes got a stock clutch for an S15 Silvia (only done about 30,000 kms). Would that fit my R33? I'm pritty sure it wouldent but I thought it would be worth an ask, seen as he offered to give it to me.

How much am I looking at to fix it?

It felt a little bit tighter just before hitting the floor, bit it wasent compleatly loose or anything.

Hi guys, was just driving my 1996 R33 GTST when suddenly it got extremely hard to change gear, I tried to get her home but had to stop at an intersection, I went to put it in 1st after having it in neutral, and it just wouldent happen. While trying to put it in gear the car revs started to drop, nearly stalling the car. So does that mean I've dropped the clutch? I wasent even driving hard at all, just heading down the shops to grab some stuff. I've had the car for about a year, and the bloke who had it before me said it was fitted with a heavy duty clutch. So what are my options on getting a new one (if thats whats required), I'd probably be looking at getting something a bit more heavy duty that the stock ones if there in my price range. Anyone know how much a tow will cost me on a saturday or sunday? F@#K!!!

Hi everyone I'm new to the site aswell as owning a skyline. I recently tried to get insured through shannons but they wouldent let me because of a few reasons (i live in regional vic): 1. my car is not garaged in a lock up garage. 2. the skyline I got is my first turbo'd car, they needed proof that I've had experience with a turbo. 3. my car doesent have an australian standard immobilizer. So i've ended up going with RACV full comp. Premium is $1,172, Excess $550 (but because I'm under 25 I add another $400, so $950). I checked out just cars and the premium was $300 more and excess was about $1000! more!
