asi stted in my previous post ..cannot use bolt on wheel spacers as that will make them 8-20 and will sit mexcian as .so im trying to get around it ...but dont really wanna remove the inserts! but might have to

ANYWAYS GOT A BIT OF A WHEELS PROBLEM FELLAS RUNNING 16=8-4 rears sit fine atm ...but the fronts arent clearing the brakes .so i put a 5mm slip on on the hub but thene the wheel sits off the hub! (danger!!!) cant put a bolt on on because it sits out a bit as is ... the wheels have a steel insert was thiknig bout pressing them out and running a SHANKED STYLE WHEEL NUT (HOLDEN ,TOYOTA STYLE) THAT WAY I CAN RUN THE SPACER TO CLEAR THE BRAKES .AND JUST HAVE A LITTLE MORE PEACE OF MIND AND SUPPORT ON THE WHEELS BTW THE SPACERS ARE 8MM SLIP ON ! ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED CHEERS FELLAS ..PICS WANTS THERE ALL ON

hey guys my tuners not getting back to oz for a weeks or 2 so was going to have a crack at removing and neating up my engine bay! anyone got any hints tips,pics,LINKS,of what they have done ? TRYED SEARCHING ON HERE BUT CANT FIND NOTHING SO FAR I HAVE REMOVED THE CHARCOAL CANISTER RELOCATED POWER STEERING PUMP . exhaust side has all the loom moved to inside the guard ! have respayed the engine bay black did look good until it got scratched .. anyways that enuff froom me anymore info would be appreciated cheers!

so have we came to a conclusion off wot is the BETTER OIL fiklter to use thats on the market??

cheers mate! was also going to try to drill out the holes in the wheel !! and running a shank style wheel nut .sounds bit bodgey but am pretty sure it will work ???? wot u do u recon???

hey guys ill get to the point !! got 16=8_4 wheels on the front .but they hit the caliper ..and with a spacer they dont sit on the hub at all ..need to know if i can, mill, grind ,shave about 8 to 10 mm off the caliper it self ??? now will this be safe ? will tyhe brakes still work fine ? also cannot run a bolt on spacer

yeah ended up doing that but the plenum was just a head ache now got a standard one back one

HEY GUYS just as a apare motor mine being a bit shitty lately must be a rb20 dont want a 25 or some thing else just a plain good condtion rb20 de preferbly but det is ok lol prefer low kms nothing over 20000 just need bare motor wiht plenum throttle body tps no loom no injectors nothing as i already have it all located in melbourne only unless u wanna ship it for a decent price please pm me with anyhting ya got cheers

so no hydrulic lock up is ok for the oil to still be alright .wene it did stared it wasent for long no funny noises or nothing im hopen should be ok

just to confirm it did not hydrulic lock ! just smelt really fuelly

installed it to run thene it was gonna get tuned lol ...how dose flooding the motor damage or canmanite the oil??..it only ran for like 30seconds thene i turned it off mmmm

ok since i dint get a reply in m y last thread ill start a new one ... put my inttake plenum on went to start up the car wouldnt start tryed again and it started .so i took it for a drive round the block but as it hit boost it was cutting out .pulled in to my drive way was idleng rought .started it back up went down the street and wouldnt go past 3000rpm at all .blowing heaps off black smoke ..i cheked the aftermarket frp and the pressure was at 80psi!!! so baked that off and thene the car wouldnt start and it smelt really fuely..so i left it for a day started up run like shit thene wouldnt start again ...changed the tps and then it started and died again ...so i dunno also changed plugs cheked cooler for boost leak the fuel pump is near new also the tps wasent set spot on the first time we couldnt get the accurate reading from it so changed that and it started but now it wont any ideas sorry for the essay
