  1. Looking to get most of this kit. What the cheapest AUS supplier of this kit, if anyone knows. Thanks in advance.
  2. Actually i see you said FPR, or do u mean FRP = fibreglass reinforced plastic, which is actually fairly decent, sure not as good as standard abs plastic but it does the job.
  3. dont go fibreglass dude, 2 good of a kit to be ruined by a fake copy, plus it will prolly end up warping or some shit.
  4. I have allready puchased a rear bar and side skirts + underlay parts from powerplay imports, cost me roughly 2200 including shipping. im guessing front end would cost me 3-4 grand from PPI. soooooo If your kit is a genuine kit post it up and I will be more than keen for a front end conversion kit.
  5. I am definatly having a crack at it. Starting with rear bar and skirts, ordered them a few days ago. Once ive got them painted and fitted ill post up some pics, then ill think about the front end conversion, I just dont want my front end to be low to the ground as I live in ipswich atm and these roads are f*kT. I'm putting the kit on a 01 25GT-T and I have allready put some GT-R rims on her lolz (Should have just got a GTR -.-). Guess ill update in like 8 weeks when they arrive.... sigh.
  6. How much for shiping to QLD 4305, or just gimme a contact number
  7. How much do u recon u could get a set of skirts and rear bar for, delivered to QLD aus. Powerplay will do it for me for $2185. + $90 shipping per box, so $180 for shipping total for 3 items.
  8. Also one more thing, if it so happens that noone has any of these parts for sale (which is what im expecting.), whats the best place to get these parts, dont really want to pay heinous delivery prices since im only getting 3 parts.
  9. Sup fellas, a couple of weeks ago some failure of a person drove into my rear bumper whilst I was parked in a carpark and left me with a massive hole/crack in my rear bar . I've decided not tor repair it and go for a new one, guess its good motivation to finally get the eastbear kit lol. Anyways just asking here first if someone has a rearbar and/or skirts lying around and willing to sell, remember im after 4door GTT parts - so normal GTT parts will not be the same. cheers, jared.
  10. Thanks for the replys, im leaning towards coilovers atm. I just wanna lower my car close to 2 inches. Currently getting new camber and bushes installed. And will most likely get some whiteline swaybars. Just stumped on coilover choice, anyone got some prices for me - new and 2nd hand would be nice. Cheers Jared.
  11. Just looking for some help on choosing a suspension setup for my R34 25GT-T, I've been told that alot of kits are so poorly designed that they have ended up snaping, so am looking for past experiences with different setups. List me some brands and prices and what your experience with these setups has been like. Thanks Jared.
  12. Just picked up a set of R34 GT-R wheels for my GTT, and basically im just looking for some recomendations for tyres. willing to spend anywhere between 600-800 for a decent set, keep in mind there will be no track use as is purely a street car. Thanks in advance Jared.
  13. I dont have those wheels but I have similar looking wheels, just imagine them w/o the mini studs lol!
  14. sry bout the late reply hybrid, but I was wondering if its possible for me to get the side skirts and rear bar only for 4 door (2001 r34 25GT-T)
  15. yeh theres a few changes I need to make, will be doing it a bit different next time round on the front, also have decided to do the brake disc in a gloss black. I wish the back caliper wasent half the size of the front one - doesent really show off the red as much as .
  16. I'm actually in the market for this same kit so if you go ahead with it I'm down However i have a 4 door 25GT-T....
  17. Now for the finished calipers, crap photos atm as its overcast Also a few ppl have mentioned to do the disc in a gloss black, I agree with you on that one but I will see how this turns out. It's not too hard to remove paint from disc's anyways so im not too fussed about them at this point. Also I would love some tips on what I should do with the "Nissan" stand out text on the calipers.... Leave red / Paint white / sand down? Any ideas appreciated!
  18. Finished cleaning and drying rear Calipers will be ground coated shortly... Now with the metalic ground coat:
  19. For those who don't trust my retard ways more pics: Basically I was always going to end up with alot of over spray because im putting color into the slots, so once its dry all i do is razor off the unwanted paint and fix up the edges, use sand paper to remove stubborn paint.
  20. As i said, I will be removing all over spray with a razor and pad of course I dont want paint where the Pad meets the disc .
  21. More shots of the painted Discs: more 2morrow when I have some light.
  22. After a lengthy search for the right paint I finally found what I was looking for, and it looks great! So this weekend I decided to take of the wheels and get it done over the 2 days to allow time for it to dry properly. Products used: Duplicolor Metalcast Ground Coat - Metalic Grey. Duplicolor Metalcast Paint Color - Metalic Red. Heat resistant clear coat. Before i Started I took some pics so I could do a flashy before/after shot and here goes! After taking a few pics I unpacked my new slotted brake disc's, gave them a clean and let them dry. First I did 2 layers of the ground coat - dry for 30 mins - then 2 layers of the red. They look amazing in different lights, from a deep ruby red in the dark to a vibrant candy red in the sun.... love it! Following pics dont really show much as they were taken indoors with shit light. To remove over spray I cut back the paint with a razor. Forgive me on the file size of all these pics , i'll use smaller ones next time. when i start on the calipers i'll add more pics.
  23. question for charles or any of the other peeps who are experienced with this.
