  1. that includes exhaust, ecu, wiring, exhaust, labour, fmic, alloy rad, 2 way diff, few other bits that im missing etc. theyv done a few recently and said that they'v lost a bit of money on them because prices have gone up on some parts. he was quite happy to still do it, just with his reasoning it seemed like the 25 was better
  2. ok i got myself a bit of a pickle here... a few months ago i found out that nizzpro performance did a 1jzgte conversion into nissans. so i went out and bought a r32 shell without a engine and diff which was pretty much all i was looking for. i got the money arranged yesterday so i went into nizzpro this morning to talk to them about exactly what it would cost etc. so i asked the blokes there about it and he took me through the workshop, telling me the info that i needed to know. after a bit of discussion, he got me onto a rb25 conversion, both looking at it being a bit cheaper, it would only take a bit over a week compared to about a month and more power out of stock internals and is generally better. he seemed to dislike the 1jz conversion a bit more as well. the original base offer for the 1jzgte with everything included and installed was $7500 (not including diff or suspension), but they've had to bump up the price a bit because of price increases in some of the items they buy to do it. but to get the rb25 in it will cost around the $7000 mark with everything i wanted (suspension and diff included). iv been searching on the net this afternoon with 1jz vs. rb25 discussions, and everywhere i read that 1jz is a better engine both in potential and strength. so now im feeling very undecided. the car is just going to be a track/drift car so its going to be under the pump a fair bit. what are your views on 1jzgte vs. rb25det? pros and cons for its intended purpose.

  5. iv been looking around at different brakes, ecu's, coilovers and gauges and decided on the following: dba slotted rotors, hawk hps performance pads, goodridge braided brake lines, tien super street coilovers, defi gauges and a kaaz lsd (probably a 2way). after i while of getting used to the car il be upgrading to a microtech ecu with hand controller, aluminium radiator and some 17" rims.

  9. hey just in the process of getting a 1jz put into my 32, and was wondering what gauges i should put in? only want practical ones that are absolutely necessary, im not into any that are just for show. what are some combos that you have?

  12. i dont mind a nice not to in your face kinda look. i was a rice boy back a few years ago but now iv grown out of it (mostly). i still like having interior neons in my footwells. and i am planning on putting white underbody neons on both sides, but have them hooked into the interior light. door open=illuminated lighting, door closed=no light probably will be on its own 3 stage switch tho.

  14. heya im aaron. just got a r32 shell last weekend. its missing engine and diff. im getting a 1jz put into it in the coming months. took out all carpets and seats 2day to start with a clean car, putting most of it back in 2moro arvo once vacummed n shizz along with the dash plastics. will be a drifter once its up and running, cant wait

    hey peeps my names aaron and i live round brissy area. bought a r32 shell on the weekend, missing engine and diff. plan is to put a 1jz into it in the coming months, just coz i can will be a drifter when its done.
  16. as title says, after side mirrors preferably with motor working. not worried about colour coz car isnt painted yet anyway.
