  1. DSR3540J82 RB25DET NEO 410KW @24PSI Dyna Pack 360KW @24PSI Roller Dyno Car was tuned causing problems for the tuner. Stating the crank angle sensor was failing ( see BLUE for Dyna Pack ) Car was taken home. While on way home decided to visit speed Source for second opinion. he did a run ( see blue ) Then stated is not the sensor its the tune. Then showing me 30 seconds of improve pulling out much of the lopp drop off around 320KW. Car will be taken back for Tune with speed Source later on this week to pull out dent and lift threw power curves.
  2. Not he fuel pump and Injectors. Have a inside fuel guage ( greddy thing ) Tomei pump sard 800 or 850cc injectors. Maybe there Denzo. Cams are Pon cams. Will see what happens second time round. 2 weeks away
  3. Im hopeful we will get everything sorted by next time round. Here are a few pictures now taken of the exhaust "3" and what not. Bit of a over dose with Silicone on the plenum.. I will take care of the silencer pictured by taking it to an engineer to saw off the tip. Remove the silencer. Take out a pcs of the silencer. Pop it back in. Weld the tip back on and after alot of $ will be good as new
  4. I have 1 Tomei exhaust cam gear. Im hopeful that changing this will do something. Also the plenum, i removed yesterday and have purchased a new gasket to rule that out. The Exhaust tip is a oem nismo er34 unit and has a restrictor in it. A Small Armour All Spray bottle it to fat to poke up it. I think its 2.25" Diameter. But still pressure test was 2psi so.. Will suggest losining off the exhaust front pipe Gasket is two weeks off from nissan nz / jp. Some bit of a wait ;/
  5. Shell and Caltex in NZ is 96 Octane. We have Gull and thats 98 Octane. But is over 1 hours drive away.. We were running up on 96 and then doing a final tune on 98. But never got that far.
  6. Cat like catconverta? It has no cat it has been removed. VT has been turn off and on with no significant difference Right now its a odd ball. Because alot of money has been spent on te engine to only make 275kw
  7. Cam gears dialed in will be done next. However tuner has asked other tuners advice and they say if car makes 275 on 96 octane at 8psi. It should have no trouble making more power dialed or not. Im pretty sure the dynaPack Dyno is in rear wheel kw. I will have to ask about this?
  8. Piston Compression test no not yet. Possible cause. But i asked Tuner and he sai unlikly. CP and pauta rods. Will test tho next run ( no smoke or problems - tuner would pick up ? )
  9. We put a pressure tester in the oxygen sensor hole and did a run. The result was 2psi. Could be better but that is not the problem
  10. Same turbo on r33gtst engine is making 330 at 14psi. Using a r32 Computer and 300zx air flow meter and de cam shafts. Hub Dyno. Same Dyno, same tuner Even at 17 pounds Engine should be making more power than 285. Its only 10kw difference and yet 9psi Increase. Above comments Is next to do
  11. I have a er34gtt with pon cams, pistons, exhaust gear, rods, link g4,ross balancer, plazma plenum, 3540.82 turbo. 70 pound springs. At 8psi car makes 275 rwkw. Increase the boost to 17ponds it makes 285kw.. Weve done pressure tests in Exhuast and intercooler and cant figure out why it wont make power. Today i tested the valve springs and none of them are spungy -all fine at 70+ pounds. I need to rule out the plenum and to do that im asking t see a 400kw or less er34gtt. Car should make 330+ Kw at 14psi and 380+ at 19 pounds. As our partners cars have with the same turbo using a er33 engine. Maybe r34 just cant make power. Next to do is the following: 1. Dial in the exhaust cam. 2. Backpressure test the exhaust manifold/turbo inlet to determine ratio of inlet/exhaust.
  12. ive done a full search threw the posts and theres only a couple of plaz pleums showing small power. Nothing seen there with over 350 400+ Thanks for comments tho
  13. What on earth is up with this comment??? Seems "reading your previous posts" your not a happy guy. Has anyone actually made over 3-400KW with this Plenum?
  14. Hello, I'm interested to know from anyone that has or knows of people running a R34 Plazmaman Plenum with after market ECU and Turbo " 3540 " Etc Anyone here making over 300 - 400 RWKW From Plazmaman R34 Plenum? Or have Dyno reports Thank you
