  1. I use Mobil and Motut oil normally. But for my Skyline, just put some http://northamerica.mercurymarine.com/othe...lend_verado.php Laugh, but boat engine work good!
  2. A shop in New Zealand, but they never replied for the size I was asking. So screw them...
  3. Merry Xmas!! LoL, I can't sleep after the party we had.... to bad I have no tools at my place, not even a screw driver!!! Otherwise I will be working right away ( NZ - 3.07 AM lol ) Tomorrow (well today) everything will be close... bouhhhhhh
  4. So far I tried to reset the ECU, but still having issue. I'm gonna remove it again and reclean with something else.
  5. I used CRC MAF Cleaner on the AAC and saw lot of crap coming out... But didn't reset the ECU. Will refo everything then! Thanks.

  7. Hi, I just pick up an 1997 R33 GTS25T with around 148 000 km . Car is 99.9% stock except a boost gauge and cat back. The car work great, paint is in verry good condition, no strange noise, no hesitation on WOT, or low RPM. Before buying the car, idle was a bit strange especially pushing cluth when coming to a stop or reving a bit... then car want to die. ( most of the die will stall ) I just changed ALL FLUIDS and clean IAC and MAF sensor but still having the same issue. Planning to replace battery, Sparkplugs and check ground. Anyone had problem like that. Here a video, go to 0:25 to see how weird it is (sorry for sound quality, crappy phone + winds ) Hope anyone can save me time and trouble. Thanks
  8. Of course the Potenza RE001 will be far superior . But like I said, it will be just for cruising around and go to work
  9. I will go Clean / Stealth just because I'm tired of cop thinking " here another racer " LOL
  10. I don't really get the tempetyres?!?! but I don't plan to invest lot of money on that car. Especially not on rims, no go on brand like Volk Racing... But I'm going to get something like that: ( TE replica ) with some Yokohama S.Drive I do plan to hit the track, so far I'm set on 18 x 9.0 + 30 allaround But waiting for the car before deciding on anything, should pick it up my R33 tomorrow.
  11. If I'm not wrong, I saw someone on Evolutionm.net selling LED light, you keep your stock housing and just replace crappy stock bulb by LED.
  12. I have tried many brand of coilover on my Evo IX: JIC FLAT2, HKS Hypermax II RS, H&R, Apexi N1 and Ohlins DFV So far the best were of course the Ohlins but damn they are pricey. Lot of my friends use BC on their STi and they are very happy, they prefer BC over Tein and Whiteline. I'm set for my GTS25T on BC, they are pretty cheap compared to JDM high brand name and they will fit perfectly for average Joe.
  13. I didn't saw that section yet. I don't have broadband or what ever it is call... 3G pretty slow lol Thanks man,
  14. The one I found is all stock except a 3inch muffler and a boost gauge. Dunno how far you can go to keep it street legal, but sometimes I see car with noisy muffler and roll cage driving around the corner. I'm from Tahiti, and this will be the only chance to try some real JDM stuff while in NZ. Can't beat the sound of the RB25DET even if my evo has 600whp+.
  15. Exaclty what I'm looking for! LoL, with a pic, it is easier for me to explain what I'm looking for ( english is not my main language ) Evo is running on Enkei NTO3M 18x9.5 +27 Front and 18x9.5 +40 Rear ( Eiback Spacers 5mm for the rear ) Warped with Nitto NT555 275/35/18. I'm currently in New Zealand for work, and I always wanted to try the RB25DET or REB26DETT. I end up getting the R33 GTS25T because you can get pretty good deal on them and RWD is fun R33 is just going to be a DD car for home to work, so plenty HP/Torque for what I'm going to do! Oh and that RB25DET soound sooooo good.... can't wait to mod it a bit. Thanks a lot.
  16. The reason I don't want to roll the fender is because I'm gonna keep the car just for a year or so before selling it again. So I'm trying to get a nice stance rims + coilover. without having to touch the fender itself ( ok i'm lazy to do it as well ) Here a pic of my evo sitting on aggressive rims ( but I had to roll the fender ) looking something close to that
  17. I don't mind having different size F and R I am looking for some aggressive look ( deep lip style if possible ) but without getting problem with rubbing and stay of course legal. Will mostly daily drive with that set. Gonna check that offset thread. Thank you!
  18. Hello, I'm looking to put some 18" or keep 17" on a R33 GTS25T. Will need something that will fit well without the need to have agressive camber, roll fender or spacer. Someone told me to go: Nissan Skyline R33 GTS25T 18X8.0 +33 225/40 R18 F 18X9.0 +39 255/35 R18 R or on 17" 17X8.0 +35 225/45 R17 F 17X9.0 +38 245/40 R17 R Anyone running that kind of specs? Pics? Thank you.
