I doubt id get a response as im sure its been covered but 86 pages or so of peoples opinions is abit confusing, one says this is good another says another thing. Ive figured out the plugs so can anyone give some insight into which oil would be best for my car or should i add another post to the oil section in the sticky above? My car feels like it has a loss of power accelarating throughout the rev range ever since i chucked in this 4100 turbo lite, i tryed 3 different oils in a 3 week period thats why im asking so i can get it spot on next time instead of trying different, i tryed a penrite 10w-40, nulon 10w-40, penrite 15w-50...

Hi all i bought a r32 not long back and have only done the oil change, as i do most servicing and repairs myself could somebody give me some info on servicing details. Im currently running motul turbo lite 4100 oil, is this the correct oil to use? The 32 has 110,00k's on it and has alot of lifter noise, sounds like a sticky lifter, ive tryed some of that lifter solution you add with the oil but still ticking away. Also i need spark plug numbers as when i went to grab some today the book at autobarn recommends platinum plugs, do i really need platinums? Basically just need advice on engine oil and plugs as the rest is straight forward, i have read up on oils but keep getting different info. As im picky and change my oil before 5000 k's i dont want to run the premium stuff that will cost me $80 - $90 each hit. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers Andy

Ill def say hi back:) Well got the rear quarter window done today and the rear boot lid, my r32 looks abit softer with the gts-4 wing, i liked the gtr wing so in my spare time ill get on top of it.

Thanks mate, i got a gts-4 boot lid yesterday, ill probably take the wing of, or repaint the gtr wing black and chuck it on, i didnt want the car looking this ricey:) black bonnet, boot etc

Hey all i just picked a r32 this one - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sy...ec-t325584.html Im from out west Sydney at St Clair. My previous ride was a aspec e39a vr4 galant, it had some basic bolt on mods similar to the r32. Ive always been a fan of the skylines and decided why not grab one. Well it runs well but got to sort out the lifters, they are very noisy, ive tryed a couple oils and lifter treatment and still ticking away. I also had a mishap and destroyed the boot as the keys got locked in the car , anyone got one for under a $100? Anyways i do most work on the cars myself and will be probably be a regular on the forums as i need help and get info down the track. Cheers Andy

Really appreciate the offer bud but just chased one up for $50, im still after a boot lid doesnt matter about cosmetics, as long as it shuts and close and would prefer with lock etc.. I can pick up anytime aswell. Thanks

Hi i got a a 1990 mitsubishi vr4 galant awd turbo, it has 195000K's, its not on the market yet but have been thinking about it, some work done to it, basically basic bolt in mods, like injectors, fuel pump, turbo, manifolds, dump, afm, ecu, its black with a slight flake of gold pearl through out, it has a fair few other stuff, if you are interested in swaps, with Say about $2000 from me on top then get back to me and ill give you more info.
