suwidji : Vios III is fixed back , The one you linked is a low max style with plain cloth. Universal rails are not direct bolt on as you need the mounts customized.

Should be the standard crank i am not too sure actually. Been out of rego for a while will need a blue slip. Yes it drives i drove it to my mechanic fine no problems.
