I do have a lot of questions. Hope you don't mind. I came in at a time when the club wasn't at its finest. If I can further understand what made it tick so well back in the day, what the ups and downs were, what worked, what didn't, what made it all fall apart, it gives us a better foundation to work off. When we started we agreed that we needed more events. We had 25 events in 2.5 months. . That drained us so I'm trying to figure out what made it run so smooth, what that X factor was and see if we can create something similar. Although, with that said, we have more than doubled our member base in 5 months. If you don't like the q's just let me know. But I do appreciate your responses.
