This as well as a few other factors that have been draining on my time has made life extremely frustrating. Let's just say that my drop in salary is roughly equivalent to a new decent car...

My salary is directly proportionate to what I bill so have no issues working longer hours. If I know I need to leave early one day for a club event or whatever, I'll pull in the hours on other days. But to do this and then be told that we're taking the piss and not putting in the hours is a shit statement to make. Most people are in here from 8-4:30. Im here from 7:30-8ish through till 7-8pm easily.
