Only pulled out a month ago, make an offer Nismo RB20 short shifter. $100 RB25 "Quick Shifter" 25% less gear throw whereas a normal short shifter is only 10%, very notable difference, comes with solid shifter bush. $100 Kicker sub and amp in a proper kicker ported box, plus full Kicker wiring kit. $250. Can't seem to edit original post but also have: A Jap brand Cannon not a cheap china one apparently. $50 Also have a RB20DET gearbox, 2nd gear syncro not the best but still shifts fine if you're driving easy, other than that the gearbox is good, 134,XXXks on the box always used Redline gearbox oil in it also. Looking through the thread has inspired me to post up some pics of my rigs. Coilovers and spacers next planned mods. Now that the 25 box is in, more track time up next hopefully. Then something spastic like Tomei pon cams and cam gears, more responsive turbo etc possibly.

Clutch slave sorry, makes sense R32 one doesn't bolt up to R33 bellhousing so will need an R33 unit obviously. I have an A and C, apparently it's different converting auto to manual or manual 20 box to 25 box so guess there is no definite answer but hopefully one of the two I have bolt up

Got basically the same story from Adelaide Tailshaft Services aswel that they only make them up if you provide measurements, didn't think it would vary from car to car so much and assumed they kept records also. Will have to measure it all up once gearbox is in it seems. Anyone able to shed any light on what clutch master/crossmember to use? Always find more hurdles with modifying cars it seems

Sorry to say but you are wrong. Rang up hardy spicer today and apparently they don't keep records and guess what it's a Monday also. Anyone with any useful information that could help me out?

Have done a search and didn't find a definite answer. I am wondering what the length is or even just shortened/lengthened for RB25 gearbox into R32 (specifically 4door, if there's a difference?) I realise I need a 25 yoke for the tailshaft but can anyone give me anymore info regarding the conversion? As I've read a few contradictory threads about it. Cheers

Solid intake pipe is the go mate! Had the same problem with mine on hot days would suck shut and not be boosting properly, stock rubber one is poo. Nice looking 4door mate, good job on the wheels

Kicker sub and amp in a proper kicker ported box, plus full wiring kit. Pretty sure JBs still sell this same model for around ~$300 for sub alone. Good kit, minimal use, only selling because I don't need it anymore. $250.
